The best trainer I've ever seen! Todd mixes the trains with balance, flexibility, breathing techniques and an amazing nutrition plan. It's unbelievable how he understands how our body works. I would say it's a bit of yoga, stretching, lifting and boxing. Every day is a new train, so we work all our body with a holistic touch. I worked with Todd and I couldn’t think of a better fit. Our work was 95-99% online and over the phone. The first 5-6 weeks I didn’t hit the gym bc of my budget. I lost 15lbs, blood pressure was acceptable again and had my cholesterol down 40 points. I could tell that I was stronger week over week by following my schedule on Trainerize and I felt like a beast again (even though I wasn’t close to my best ever. Lol). Listen to the man and learn.
