My home away from home for many years!! These are my people π―. From hot yoga, Inferno hot pilates, Yin yoga , and an occasional vinyassa class, a different experience from each. Doubles are a thing for many and a great workout!!
I recommend this studio for anybody!! Young, older, ( I'm almost 62) athletic or sedentary! It will more likely than not be a game changer and add something to your life you didn't know you needed:)

I really enjoyed the new student intro deal and some of the classes, but the only times I could make it were typically during Bikram yoga so to me there wasnβt a lot of variety with classes and times. I like Bikram every once in a while, but not every day. Also, the guy that works there was not that nice to me at all and would almost βtalk dumbβ to me if I asked specific questions about the classes and student deal.

I have been attending various classes here over the past few years and itβs time I give them a shout out! All the staff and yogis are friendly and encouraging. I started as a beginner, attending maybe 1-2 yoga classes and never hot yoga. Each instructor has their own style and tips, which I find helpful in my growth. They are always available for questions and assistance. My favorite classes are hot Pilates, hot yoga, and yin but thereβs truly a class for everyone here! This place helped me recover physically and mentally after the pandemic and Iβm forever thankful for this community Iβve been provided with! Love yβall SD Yoga Center ππ
For the building itself, they also have showers and a locker type room upstairs for women. Not many places offer that and itβs a nice amenity to have!

This place is great! It has been 15 years since I last did hot yoga. I have been wanting to get back into it for several years but just couldn't convince myself to do it. I'm so glad I finally took a class here a few weeks ago. Very clean and peaceful studio with kind, warm staff. Can't wait for my next class. I feel awesome!

San Diego Yoga Center is amazing!! The 60 minute hot yoga class is my personal favorite β€οΈ Every class Iβve attended since I joined has been an amazing experience. All instructors are welcoming, encouraging, kind, and professional. I love the atmosphere the studio has. Truly a wonderful studio to call home and I, 1,000% recommend them.

I tried the hot yoga here. The class is intense, very hot, and SOOO GOOD! The class was very crowded. You may have feet in your face, and possibly someone else's sweat near you, but the glow that you get will be worth it. They also hand out a cold wet towel afterward, which was heaven!
Google had terrible directions, which made me almost miss the class. It is near the Fuddruckers and CVS, not the regal cinemas and Target.

At the SDYC, you can have 60, 75 and 90-min-hot yoga classes (Bikram). I like this kind of flexibility; sometimes you just don't have the time to take a full 90 min class, this is one of the things I appreciate the most in this studio.
The instructors are supportive, knowledgeable and kind, ready to meet you where you are, even if your body doesn't look like a Japanese ham sandwich from the side.
The perks:
- Large space, showers and amenities in the locker rooms.
- Several classes throughout the day, everyday.
- Evening candle light classes
- Silent hot yoga classes
- Not only Bikram -- Restorative and Vinyasa classes are also offered.
- Relaxed vibe, the patrons look like real people (all ages and body sizes) because they are real people, trying to survive the heat and give their spines some love π
- The instructurs pass around the BEST TREAT to lift you from the final dead pose (Savasana) - a cold face cloth, dipped in eucalyptus scent!!
What's not to like?
