Jason helped me lose 40lbs in 9 months of training with him. Most weeks I could only do 1 session per week, sometimes 2 with him. But all that he taught me to also do on my own and the energy you feel in this place just makes you want to be a better version of yourself! Great small gym. Been going there for years and the total environment is very nice and so are the people. I would highly recommend it for someone that wants to work out in a relaxed atmosphere with everything you need in a gym. Personal trainers are also available. It is a 24 hour gym.

There are so many things I like about Jason, his gym and his transformation program. First Jason is the most knowledgeable trainer in the area, secondly he makes a custom food and workout plan specifically for you that is easy to follow. His gym is clean and neat all of the time. The other members are very friendly aswell. Jason is encouraging and truly cares about your success.

The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanest facility in town, he makes everyone wipe down all the equipment after every use plus he vacuums and mops the floors every day. This is a private gym also.

Fabulous gym! It's a hidden gem! Not too busy, super clean and open 24 hours with showers. We've trained with Jason for over 7 years. He's a fantastic trainer!
