For over 18 years, Santa Rosa Strength has worked to help individuals within our community reach their fitness goals, and improve their health. We are certified in and teach SuperSlow weight training. Our slow-movement, high-intensity strength training program is the safest and most effective way to achieve fitness and health benefits with one SuperSlow 20- minute workout per week.

I've been going to Santa Rosa Strength since their beginning! I've been doing Super Slow Strength Training with a trainer for over 20 years now. And IT rocks! And THESE guys ROCK! In every which way... Simply fabulous!

Professional, Friendly, Fast P.R.E. WorkOut (just 20 minutes for all over body workout), Effective.

I love working w/Steven Reis as my main trainer (have also enjoyed working w/his wife Deanna as well as trainers Wes, Drew).
I always feel comfortable in relating to them, challenged and encouraged in my workouts.

My muscles Lβ™‘VE Santa Rosa Strength, the workout make em haPpY! I feel good knowing I'm keeping my bones strong as I matureβ™‘, my core strong, working important muscle groups. It also makes daily and special physical tasks in life so much easier and pleasant.

I feel better, after each PRE session, than before I started (7+yrs now). This is something great that I can do for Life!

Santa Rosa Strength owners Steve and Wes are compassionate and care about your well being. Their knowledgable about nutrition and are an expertise in the correct ways of strengthening your muscles without injury or overworking them. I don't have a lot of time working out at the gym to strengthen my muscle properly and I want to keep my muscles strong. It's only 20 minutes a week taken out of my schedule with a great trainer by my side who also advises me on nutrition to keep me healthy. I enjoy my weekly workout sessions with Wes Hardy.

I LOVE Santa Rosa Strength! There are people of all ages, builds and abilities and NOBODY is dressed like they're working out in a meat market. The trainers are encouraging, but always pressing for you to stretch a little and do your best.
