Sarah is an awesome trainer! I started going to Sarah with the aim of getting stronger, feeling better about my body, keeping my mind sharp, healing my injuries, losing some weight, and staving off old age for as long as possible. None of those are easy asks. I’ve been meeting with Sarah twice a week for the past year. She’s given me all of what I asked for and more! She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. She’s cautious with my injuries. Sarah really knows her stuff! I would not do any of this without her guidance. She’s also incredibly kind, reliable, funny, thoughtful, and compassionate. She’s been available outside of the gym to answer my questions and provide suggestions by phone and email. I’m so grateful to have her as a part of my regular routine. I highly recommend her.

I have been a Sarah Zae Fitness client for over a year now and could not be happier! I train w Sarah herself and her workouts are extremely customized to each individual. From day 1 Sarah has planned my workouts for my specific goals and around any specific challenge (old & sometimes not so old injuries). She also quickly deduced that if I'm able to talk, I can probably do more and to push me a little, and she's right and I can and I do, and exactly the motivation I need. Whether ur a lifelong fitness fanatic or brand new to the gym, I highly recommend Sarah Zae Fitness! There are also a number of program options available. The best!
