Savannah is an excellent personal trainer. She embodies the title, as she not only is adept at formulating workouts but she knows how to personalize them to be tailored to specific needs and goals. I have some persistent injuries and she always manages to seamlessly include rehabilitation/corrective exercises in our routine. Her energy is calm yet confident so our sessions fly by and I always feel like I am walking out of the gym as a better person than when I entered. 5/5 stars easily, highly recommend!

5 stars do not do it justice! It really is 100/100. I started working with Savannah after taking a long break from any exercise due to a back injury.

From the moment we started working out, she was nothing but professional, encouraging and understanding. She provided exercises that were to strengthen my core and progressively increased their difficulty. She makes the exercises challenging but never impossible.

Even when there are exercises I can not do, she comes up with unique and creative ways to work out and accommodate.

we've been working together since March 2024, and I have never had any complaints! She listens to and understands the goals I make for myself. She also provides constructive feedback and is always encouraging.

I can confidently say that since we began our training, I have gained so much strength that I've never had before. She has also helped my confidence boost way up. She continues to motivate me and strive to be better!

Honestly, working with Savanna you get everything; a trainer, a motivator, someone who can provide tips on how to eat cleaner, and a great friend too.
