I have been training with IKE Spears for over 7 months! He an outstanding motivator and knows what is needed to help me succeed in the goals I have set. The price is more than reasonable. IKE is all about helping you achieve your best. Not sure how I would have lost 40lbs without his good nature and knowledge of core training and fitness. Check him out, you won’t regret it! -C
