The kids look very happy and thriving about cheerleading. I think the instructors are good and friendly. Their office manager is remarkable attentive and knowledgeable in all the programs available for kids. Kudos!
I would give a better grade if the monitors at the lobby were bigger and that the frame coverage actually showed all groups in training. I would also suggest them to make announcement of each class in a board with the Court area indicated. Having a comfy sofa and power outlets to charge phones for the parents. That would lovely!

We are proud to be SBD! My daughter Marley has grown so much in this gym. She always has struggled with jumps but Coach Marissa pulled it out of her. She is one lucky girl because she gets to be Coached by Desmond and he is everything a coach should be and more. Sabrina in front is amazing and patient. She will answer all your questions if she doesn't have the answers she will try her hardest to find out. Worth my hour drive from Whittier. Plus you meet some of the most sweetest and amazing talented athletes. The parents are cool too 😎

SBD has been my daughters third gym, since beginning her All-Star journey. When an injury threatened to place a hold on her continued tumbling, SBD Gym Director Lindsey, reached out and displayed why this gym stands apart from any other SoCal gym. The care and concern shown, in someone who wasn't an athlete within her gym, was genuine and true. The final decision, in making SBD our new home, Coach Desmond. Having previously trained under Coach Desmond, my daughter was beyond excited to be back under his direction. Coach Desmond is someone she admires, works hard for, and is encouraged by. He pushes her to exceed her expectations, and does it in a way, where she no longer doubts her capabilities. I don't think he realizes what type of impact he has on these athletes. And lets not forget Coach Marissa. My daughter loves Coach Marissa's teaching style. She's patient and able to break down, step-by-step, instruction of what's expected in order to strengthen or obtain a new skill. Although our experience with SBD is relatively new, the entire staff has gone above and beyond in making us feel welcome. They're eager to assist in anyway possible, and encouraging as they ensure all necessary precautions are in place to keep our kids, their teammates, and families safe. Their message is clear, and seen not only in words but also in their actions. We're beyond excited to see what the future holds as a part of the SBD family. Now bring on our competition season ;)

My son has found a real cheer family! We interviewed other Cheer Competitive teams and when we came to SBD we FELT WELCOMED! He knew he belonged at SBD! My son has learned more in 5 months as a CHEER ATHLETE than 2 years in Varsity Cheer! He has learned tumbling, safe stunting, and team building! He is confident and has cheer sisters. Coaches are encouraging, yet firm. Miss Sabrina is the best cheer mom! Each athlete is hardworking, respectful and there to do a job!
Only regret, we didn't find SBD 2 YEARS AGO! Worth the drive and the extra time outside of school.

This is our first competitive Cheer season for two of my daughters 15 and 7. We are so excited for this season! So far it has been a wonderful experience, my girls love going to practice. I have seen them progress so much in such a short amount of time! Coaches are amazing and really help each girl reach their full potential. Sabrina at the front desk is also very helpful with answering any questions or concerns and really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We are proud to be SBD!

This is my daughter's 3 season with SBD upland!! We love the family gym feel SBD has to offer. The coaches are the best, you can tell how much hard work and dedication they put into there craft for these kids and the love for the sport. Even in this difficult time SBD has been able to be there for these kids and have been able to keep the doors open so are kids do not get cabin fever or go stir crazy and still have a little normalcy in there life. We are very thankful for are SBD family and can not wait to see what this season holds for these amazing athlete's. Proud to be a part of the SBD Upland family.!!

Absolutely love love love the south bay divas. My daughter has been cheering here for 3 years now and we couldn't have found a better place. Love the welcoming environment, the professionalism, and everything they stand for but overall i love all the friendships and family we gave made along the way. This is my daughter's third season with SBD and she absolutely loves it. The coaches are great and my daughter continues to improve her skills. She has learned to push through difficulties and to give her best at all times. The families and girls are supportive and truly care about each other.
