I’ve been training at Sculpt Fitness for just over a month, attending sessions twice a week, and I’m already seeing noticeable results. When I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported in a judgment-free environment.
Coach Maggie is nothing short of amazing. She listens to any issues or concerns I have and always takes the time to address them. She explains each exercise thoroughly, ensuring I understand proper form and technique. What stands out most is how she champions for me, especially when I’m nearing the end of my sets—her encouragement keeps me going!
Coach David is also fantastic. He took the time to sit down with me to discuss my meals, calories, and macros, and helped create a plan that works specifically for me. The best part? He based everything on the foods I actually enjoy eating, making it sustainable and realistic. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve already lost the weight he predicted I would—just by sticking to the plan he created for me.
When exploring personal training options, I initially considered Sculpt Fitness along with two other trainers. After speaking with all three over the phone, I scheduled an in-person consultation with Sculpt Fitness. Although I initially signed up with one of the other trainers who offered the convenience of in-home sessions, I decided to keep my appointment at Sculpt Fitness—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I met Coach David and Coach Maggie, it was clear I had found the right fit. I canceled my previous arrangement and enrolled with Sculpt Fitness that same day. I’ve been completely satisfied with my decision ever since.
Everyone at the gym is friendly and welcoming, which makes every session something I look forward to. Sculpt Fitness also checks in periodically via text and email to see how I’m doing or if I need help with anything—how cool is that? It shows they genuinely care about each person’s fitness journey.

I’ve been with Sculpt Fitness for over a month now I really enjoy the cleaning friendly environment. The small groups are fantastic. I like that I’m able to ask questions and that the trainers really focus on making sure you have the correct form and that you’re doing the workouts correctly. I appreciate my initial visit sitting down with David. He broke what my calorie and protein intake should be and . Before joining Sculpt, I had never strength trained nor worked with a person trainer. A friend suggested Sculpt Fitness and I’m so eternally grateful.
Over the past month, I’ve worked closely with Coach Angel, who is extremely passionate, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Angel has great analogies that help solidify the basic movements and overall has a great coaching style, which sets the bar high! I look forward to learning something new every session and I can’t wait to see the progress made.
I also met with Coach David, who diligently reviewed a nutrition packet which offered attainable suggestions to meet my fitness goals through protein and calorie deficit. I really liked this session because the suggestions were not restrictive.
All in all, the staff here are very nice and really want you to succeed! The gym is well-maintained, clean and welcoming. Thanks Sculpt Fitness for jumpstarting my fitness journey and making it fun. I’m looking forward to more sessions - highly recommend to anyone who needs the extra support!

My daughter attended this fitness center while we were homeschooling during her 8th grade year through a charter school, and we had a fantastic experience! One of the things I appreciated most was that they accept instructional funds, which made the process smooth and convenient. Scheduling was incredibly flexible, which really helped us balance our homeschooling routine.
Coach Maggie was absolutely wonderful—patient, encouraging, and always upbeat. She made each session engaging and fun, and my daughter genuinely looked forward to going every week. The environment was welcoming and supportive, and it was clear that the staff really cares about helping kids build confidence and strength.

My personal trainer, Maggie, is absolutely fantastic. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and highly adaptable to my early morning schedule (which isn’t easy!). I was worried I would not like going to exercise classes since this is my first time joining a exercise class, but coaches are helpful and it’s something everyone can do since there is different weights and resistance based on experience level. I’ve been enrolled in Sculpt’s semi-private training, and as someone who had zero prior knowledge about building muscle, and always felt intimidated by regular gyms, I can confidently say I’m loving my experience so far. The trainers create such a comfortable environment, guiding you through equipment use and—most importantly—ensuring proper form to prevent injuries.
What I really appreciate about Sculpt is the perfect balance of support and independence. Coach Angel and Fernando take the time to correct your form when needed, but they also give you space to learn how to set up the equipment, making the sessions feel relaxed yet productive. I really can’t stress enough how comfortable the trainers make you feel—whether you make a silly mistake or have to start off with a 5lb weight, they are always encouraging and patient. Going to a regular gym isn't for me. I would do the bare minimum and steered clear of weights. I knew I needed someone to guide me and push me. We moved to Long Beach recently & I had been looking for a small group fitness class similar to the one I had been attending. I found Sculpt Fitness & decided to give it a try. After speaking with David & explaining what I was looking for, he recommended semi-private training. It is a small group led by a Coach. We all have personalized work outs, so we are doing different exercises. Coaches Fernando & Angel have been very supportive & have really helped me with my form (still working on that). I appreciate the attention they give me & the instructions on proper execution of the different moves.
David also includes nutrition advice, so it’s a well rounded way to improve your health.

This has been my favorite small group gyms that I have joined. I found Sculpt Fitness through Class Pass and decided to join after a few weeks of taking their classes. The classes are challenging, the people are friendly, and all of the coaches are encouraging. I primarily workout with Coach Fernando, and he is great about adjusting my form and challenging me to use heavier weights safely. When I joined, I received a 1-on-1 session with Coach David who gave me a very informative nutrition packet and helped me to find ways to add protein into family-favorite meals rather than completely changing what I eat. I truly appreciate that approach, because it feels more sustainable. I love that I can schedule my classes for the week in an app, and the class sizes are small so the coaches can focus on everyone. One other aspect I find valuable is the accountability component. If I have a scheduled class and I accidentally miss it (which is very rare), I will receive a message from my coach checking in on me. There’s never judgment about me missing a class, just accountability, and I appreciate that. Definitely give this gym a try if you are in the area!

Sculpt fitness has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. This gym is small but packs a huge punch the smaller classes make me feel comfortable while I’m working out. The instructors are great motivating and help keep you focused. Coach David helped me realize that, working out is not the only way for me to lose weight, I need to eat healthier while working out as well. I wish I had sign up sooner. This place is so welcoming for a newbie like me. I have always been intimidated joining but the coaches here have been so amazing. I like how the class are limited so I get the support and attention from the coach. I get to do it at my own pace and limit and never felt pressured at all. More than anything, Coach David has been instrumental in helping me understand the nutrition aspect which is also vital to my success. He offered a free nutrition workshop which I learned a lot. Scheduling the classes is easy using the app, along with the exercises I need to complete for the day. It has detailed videos and explanation in how to properly execute it so I have the option to do it independently or just ask the coach nearby. All in all, this is truly a great place as a beginner. I highly recommend this for first timers. You will love the vibe here.

This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for one on one private fitness training, this is a place for you. I’ve been going here for two months and love it. I didn’t want to go to one of those big gyms where there’s a bunch of people looking at you the whole time. At Sculpt Fitness it’s only me and the instructor there. That’s exactly what I was looking for and it’s perfect. I wanted individualized, concentrated instruction on building muscle. The prices are reasonable, there’s lots of parking, it’s clean and I’m now going three times a week instead of two!! My instructor is Angel and he’s very knowledgeable and a nice person. David, the owner, does nutrition planning as part of the program. Like I said, it’s a hidden gem for private fitness!!

With Coach David’s guidance on nutrition, healthy tips, and bootcamp classes, it has been a challenging and exciting experience at every class. The trainers Angel and Fernando who orchestrate the 45min bootcamps do an amazing job at correcting form and encouraging progress. Truly it has been a lifestyle change. I've been a part of the semi-private program for over 6 months now and sculpt has basically become my second home. The environment is so welcoming and the coaches are truly supportive and motivational. They never judge you, no matter what your fitness level is or where you're coming from.
Coaches Sergio and Angel are genuinely supportive and are always looking out. Sergio is super approachable and always willing to help you out or explain anything you may confused about. Angel is always there to cheer everyone on. They always knows how to get the energy going and make you feel like you feel capable of achieving your goals.
The other members here are also super supportive. You always feel included and supported by the people around you and never judged which helps you stay consistent.

I have struggled with my weight and body image most of my life. Over the years, I have joined and paid for countless gyms, only to not go. I have always found them intimidating, boring, and lacking the proper guidance to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly, and that I was on the right path to achieve my goals.
I joined Sculpt Fitness a few months ago, and it has changed my life!! I have already seen some very noticeable changes in my body, and my attitude about going to the gym has totally changed!!
I love the small group classes!! I am excited and look forward to going to each class. The coach is there to explain the exercises, and to make sure you are doing each one of them correctly to prevent injury, and ensure that you will see results. I need to specifically call out Coach Angel…. He is amazing!! He has really helped me to build confidence that I am going to finally be successful in reaching my goals. Even with someone who has NEVER had a formal workout routine in the past!!
I also love that I can purchase pre-portioned chef prepared meals through the gym. This is just one more tool that helps keep me on track…. Keeping me from runs to the fast food joints for lunch.

After training at sculpt for only a few months in their small group program, I started noticing the changes in my body. I’m really glad I made the decision to join. I’m stronger, leaner, and have so much energy. What they teach works. I’ve been training here for 3 years now and love the community. The personal trainers are motivating, encouraging, and knowledgable. Sculpt is a wonderful community gym.

David and his team are amazing. He has such a depth of knowledge on nutrition and health, he actually has a masters in nutrition science and that definitely sets him apart. Wife and I have been going to sculpt for 4 years, we tried other gyms for a brief time here and there but sculpt is by far the best. They keep you motivated and when you see the noticeable changes in your physique it’s a freakin awesome feeling.

I have learned a ton since starting with Sculpt in 2021. We not only learn about fitness, but also about healthy eating and nutition which many gyms do not take the time to teach to their clients. The trainers are amazing and truly care about everyones health and fitness and are always helpful. I can't recommend Sculpt Fitness enough!

I joined Scuplt Fitness to get my 60 year old body in shape so that I can enjoy the next 20 years with my family doing the activities I enjoy doing now. I love the semi private training in the small groups along with the fun atmosphere and great training equipment. The staff were eager to help me on my journey by providing assistance and knowledge to help me achieve my goals. Midway through the program my family took me to Moab Utah for my 60th birthday as I have always wanted to go there. We enjoyed horseback riding, rafting down the Colorado river, hiking in the Arches national Park and many other activities. Joining the semi private training course really helped me accomplish all those activities and savor the memories at one might just be the best birthday i've ever had. I am able to do things now that I haven't been able to do in the last 10 years and it's all due to the excellent staff and training at school fitness. Do yourself a favor, Check them out and sign up for a class. You'll be wondering why you didn't do it sooner.

Consistency and Motivation has always been a struggle for me when it comes to fitness. I've been to several gyms, tried different diets and I would end up giving up on them. So, I decided to give Sculpt Fitness a try.
David and his team do an excellent job guiding and educating members through exercise and nutrition. They are very thorough and friendly when it comes to these topics, making it very comfortable for me to speak openly regarding my health. They help create a realistic approach to health.
I also appreciate that they have a very user-friendly website, making it very easy to understand what they are about.

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year now and it’s been the best experience I’ve had for my consistency.
They offer different programs and you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.
I’ve done private training and semi-private training and have loved both programs.
All the coaches are super friendly and not intimidating at all. The coaches really want the best results for you and are always willing to help in anyway possible.

I am so happy to recommend this fitness center. It is not your typical fitness place, it is a community of people that care to see the progress not just make money and that distinguishes them from any other gym or fitness place I have ever been a part of. I love the freedom I have to ask questions, the support I receive when I feel I am falling off the wagon. Now I am even happier to say I have signed up my 72 year old mother with one of their personal trainers to get her health in shape. Really happy to be a part of this fitness family.

So many perks to this place. David is a legit nutritionist with a Masters degree in nutrition so he is able to not only help you reach your fitness goals but also your nutrition goals. Everyone is super nice and encouraging so it's like a family, and when you have goals to meet its like a 2nd home. The intensity of the work outs is solid, but can also be modified if intensity isn't your jam. I love working out next to 20 year old kids and 60 year old kids at the same time. Proves there's something for everyone.

I love this place. Everytime I come workout here I know I'm pushing myself 100000 times more than wat I would've pushed myself at the gym. Nate and Will are amazing trainers. I've always sucked at eating right and having that balance of nutrition and physical fitness and they're currently helping me in finding that balance to loose weight and have a healthy lifestyle.

I gave this place only 4 stars becaus I they advertise for free 6 week challenge and at the end of the 6 weeks if your happy of course you would go ahead and join. Well I made the appointment and was so excited to get started. I got there and of course Nate (i believe his name was) greeted me with a warm smile and told me that he was finishing up and he would be right with me. So i watched a class that was going on at the time which looked awesome and I was thinking ican do that, i cant wait. So he calls me over to sit down and talk about the program and he is very very nice and had me so excited and ready to open this new page in my life and then at the end he says all you have to do is give us a deposit of $499...... My heart sank because I knew that right now there was no way I could pay that. I was so disappointed and maybe it was my own fault for being so naive to believe that something like that would actually be free. Other than that I think the place is great and there staff is friendly and helpful and i believe if you can afford it that sculpt fitness would be the way to go. Nate is super kool and i believe he knows what he is doing and is an awesome trainer. So if u have that kind of cash to spear definetly choose sculp fitness! I wish I could afford it but I can't but i do believe they are well worth it.

This place is amazing! After years of going to the gym for what I thought was a good workout, this class shows what a good workout really is. I was always intimidated to go to the gym to do strength training but here, there's no competition or feeling of not being good enough. Nate is a great trainer, never puts you down and always encourages you to give it your all. The detailed meal plan is very doable and helps you stay on track day by day. In just 3 weeks, I've lost 3 inches and can feel myself getting stronger each week. I can feel the difference since when I started on day one. Thank you sculpt fitness!!

Motivation, Inspiring, Amazing, Stressreliver. These are a few words that describe Nate and Scuplt Fitness. What really makes a difference here is the atmosphere it's always upbeat and positive energy. Most of all the work your doing literally is your body pushing itself to get to where you want. I hadn’t been to the gym for about 6 months and decided to try out Sculpt Fitness with Nate. Admittedly, I was pretty sore the first week, but that’s expected right? Nate is an awesome trainer and is very attentive during workouts. Nate is very approachable and will definitely push you to give it your all (even if you don’t feel like it). If you have goals to reach and desire hands on training, this is the place to be. Give it a try, you will definitely find that it’s worth it.
