Great first timer experience and a great way to start the day. Melissa offered a lot of alterations for our small group of 4 and made adjustments to keep us safe and avoid injury. Everyone is friendly and kind and it was nice to have a deal for an intro class. The studio itself is clean and spacious, and offers plenty of parking. My local friends love this place. Enjoy!

One of the best Pilates studios around Orange County. The studio have custom made and top of the line equipment, one of the cleanest and organized studios around town. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. The classes are fun and diverse with accessibility for all different levels of activity. You will not regret to try this studio. The classes are just the right size so you will get attention and corrections to help you improve. I highly recommend this place.

Simply the Best!
I have been going to Seal Beach Pilates for 5 years. I have tried other studios and workout facilities and I have to say nothing beats Pilates for an all body workout.
Seal Beach Pilates studio is clean, easily accessible, and offers a great variety of classes and class times. The instructors are knowledgeable and keep the workout interesting and fun. Marika, the owner, is friendly and always inviting to newbies. She has created a very special place.
If you want to try Pilates, this is the place.

I've been taking Pilates reformer classes here for six years and I love it. Of all the studios I've tried in So Cal, this is my favorite. Several types of classes are offered (e.g. private, semi-private, jumpboard). The cost per class is very affordable. You'll be hard pressed to find the same value anywhere else.
Marika, the owner, is incredibly sweet and personable. She's glamorous like Melania Trump but has a sense of humor. The inviting nature and decor of the studio are an extension of her warmth and charm. I've taken classes with every instructor and have always gotten a good work out. Brenda's classes are my favorite. She's so friendly and knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that modifications are provided based on skill level and injury. The instructors make sure you have proper form and don't injure yourself. I've been dealing with one injury after another all these years (e.g. knees, wrist, hand) but am able to keep doing reformer classes without additional injury or pain. In fact, my physical and occupational therapist have said that Pilates has really helped me rehab faster. Don't have to tell me twice. I'll keep doing it.π

Nice new spot to workout in semi private classes. Owner and instructors are sweet. I felt great after my first class. They use the same reformers as some physical therapy offices. It's great to know that this spot is here when I need it for some low impact strengthening and Stretching!
