The Team here at Sean Shannon Fitness aims to encompass all your fitness needs. We offer personal training, semi private training, and small group fitness. We also have bootcamps and fitness challenges. Your goals are assessed, plans are set, and check ins are done weekly. We specialize in 4 categories, fit moms, dadbods, small group, and competition prep. Meal planning is included in all packages, for both in person and online training clients. If you're a competitor, we offer posing services as well with our IFBB Pro athletes.

I feel bad for waiting so long to write this review, but I've been training with Sean for about 8-9 years. He isn't your typical personal trainer. He acts like a medical expert, trainer, bodybuilder, and scientist all in one. He uses data and knowledge about your body to help you achieve your goals. Sean got me ready for a competition in just a few months, but has also seen me through every other stage in the process. He only pushes you as hard as your goals dictate, but I can say with confidence that as soon as you're ready...there is nobody better to help achieve your goals.

I’ve always been a fan of working out and have had many a trainer in my lifetime; Sean is by far the best. He has so much knowledge not just about working out and lifting weights, but also nutrition, cardio, supplements and the science behind them. He’s the complete package you want in a trainer. He pushes me to be and do my best and also understands the balance that a working mom needs. 10 out of 10!!

Sean has been such a great trainer, I was very intimidated to join a competitive gym after years of not working out in gym, but he has been so welcoming flexible and understanding. I am seeing so much progress in 3 months everyone is noticing how good I feel! I am fitting into my clothes better and sleeping the best I have slept in 5 years! Highly recommend his training program for advanced levels and more importantly beginners or returning after a long break. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the best facility and trainer around. I just wish I would have started off training with Sean years ago! Extremely knowledgeable, listens with compassion and finds solutions to any issues or problems. Knows exactly how to switch training methods/exercises based on any past or current injuries. I have been training with Sean for a year and a half. He does a great job of explaining how every exercise works out each muscle and the science behind everything we do. He keeps me accountable when I want him to. He not only helps me in my workouts together, but he teaches me so that I know how to work out in my free time. I highly recommend whether you are trying to get healthy, compete in shows or anything in between.
Another strength of Sean’s is to work around injuries or nagging issues but still meet goals.

I’ve been training with Sean for over three years! I still leave almost every session sore the next day;) Sean keeps me consistent and motivated, which is one of the most important parts about staying healthy as a 40+ year-old woman and mom of three. It’s important to have someone who constantly pushes you and has your back with your health goals. Sean‘s schooling background and knowledge of nutrition along with proper weight training is a key component of why he’s the best. I’ve worked out with many trainers in the area at most of the gyms in the area and have “tried” it all.
If you’re looking for a legit change in your life, and to actually see some changes - Sean is your guy!

I would consider myself “newish” to the gym, after 20+ years post athletics. I was intimidated and avoided gyms at all costs for many reasons. I met Sean through mutual friends/clients, and decided to give it a shot. Walking in my first day, I cried, actual tears…. Sean welcomed me, open arms and open mind. He has never made me feel like I need to keep up with anyone, never made me feel like I am unable, in fact, quite the opposite! He has given me so much confidence to walk in, every day and just get to work. He pushes, supports, encourages and basically meets you where you are and where you need him. I am so thankful I put my trust in him, and will send anyone I know to him as well!

Wow! Where do I begin? I’ll keep this short and simple. I started working out with Sean September 2021, six months after my second baby and I haven’t looked back. Sean’s knowledge, expertise and execution in the fitness world is by far the BEST! From his meal plans, workouts, cardio, strength, at home care you name it he excels! I have never felt better or looked better than I do now and Sean is definitely one to thank for that. Sean is not just a “trainer” he will be your best friend too! Highly recommend!
