Founded by Sean Maloney, we use a variety of training and nutrition methods to help our clients achieve their fitness goal, and live a higher quality life. I was looking to get in shape for my wedding and found Sean. He gave me all the tools I needed to look how I wanted on the big day. Good workouts, workouts for when we weren’t working out together as well as a meal plan to follow (with a lot of wiggle room so it’s food you enjoy). He keeps you motivated all while not putting a ton of pressure on you. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape. Also to note I have continued to workout with Sean past the wedding and loving the whole fitness journey!

Sean is a top notch trainer. First of all, he’s flexible fitting me in to his and my busy schedule, which is always important. He is very knowledgeable about everything I am looking to improve: strength training routines, putting me on to new exercises, specific form advice has been a sweet spot for us, diet/nutrition, supplementation, cardio, etc. He’s got me dialed in! He does a great job keeping me focused through the workout, while also keeping it fun, lighthearted and I truly enjoy working out with him as my trainer. I highly recommend Sean to any person trying to simply improve their health, increase strength, shred body fat, or even if you’re deeper into body building and looking to prep for competition, Sean is your guy! I’ve been training with Sean for about six weeks now. I was making okay progress on my own but Sean transformed my workouts into being much more productive as I looked to build strength and muscle mass. He is deeply knowledgeable and a natural teacher. His attention to detail makes the difference between a good workout and great workout. He put together a five-day workout, advised me on nutrition and guided me through both macro and micro techniques for each exercise, taking a holistic approach to my program and my health. And he’s a nice guy! Highly recommend.

Sean is an excellent personal trainer. His knowledge of weight-lifting and bodybuilding is impressive. His knowledge of nutrition is really solid. The guy knows his stuff. I’ve only been training with him for 3 months now and I already have noticed a change in the way I feel and look. He’s personable and will push you to be a better version of yourself in the gym and in health and wellness as a whole. If there comes a time you decide to get a personal trainer, then I highly recommend Sean of SeanShredz Fitness.
