Carolina is an outstanding personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and biomechanics. When I first spoke to her about my goals, I knew she would be a perfect fit. She tailors each session for me, demonstrates the proper techniques for each exercise, and ensures that I am doing all the exercises correctly. If I have a specific concern, Carolina listens to my description of the issue and provides focused exercises to address it. She is also very supportive and has even created a playlist of my favorite songs to inspire my workouts!

I came to Carolina initially with a big weight loss goal. While I’ve lost over 40 pounds and still have a long way to go, I’ve gained much more. Carolina is encouraging, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a genuinely good person. She creates her workouts to be individualized for the person and there is always intention behind the movements she gives. It’s hard to go to the gym when you don’t know what to do in the weight room, but Carolina creates a workout plan monthly that I can work on by myself at the gym. I’ve seen huge differences in my mobility, strength, stamina, and most importantly my self confidence. I recently moved about 30 minutes away from the gym Carolina coaches at, but continuing to work out with her was a nonnegotiable. She is the best!

I reached out to Carolina about 9 months after a quad tendon rupture surgery. My knee had healed and I went through PT but it was still feeling really weak. I explained to Carolina that I wanted to be able to skate and snowboard again and needed help figuring out how to regain the strength to do that. She set me up with a remote strength training program a few months ago and the results have been amazing. I had a goal to get back on the mountain by the end of the years and last week I got to snowboard three times. It was an amazing end to a challenging year. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Carolina’s training as I didn’t know where to start. I can’t wait to continue working together and getting stronger in the new year.

Carolina is the best. I’d never worked with a trainer before and was hesitant to do so (I’m not necessarily fit, not that coordinated, and usually just do cardio as my preferred workout. I decided to try personal training with Carolina to change that. I wanted to be strong and learn exercises that I could replicate at home and see the progress. Carolina listened to my goals, my hesitations, and taught me so much! I learned so much about my body through working with her AND I met my goals in the timeframe we set. Carolina is so attentive, knowledgeable, and helps you set realistic goals that align with the clients needs and wishes. I recommended two of my friends to her and they also loved working with her!

I am a tattoo artist who was recommended Carolina’s services by another trainer. She is truly the best!!!!!
When I started training with Carolina, I was experiencing tendonitis and muscle issues related to tattooing which were affecting my ability to work. Soon after we began our weekly training sessions, these issues cleared up and I started developing a greater awareness of my body and building a foundation of strength and endurance exercises which can set me up for a long future ahead as a tattoo artist.
Besides her extensive knowledge and creativity in altering weekly exercises to keep them fresh, Carolina brings enthusiasm, encouragement, focus and fun to every session! She is really receptive to her clients needs can easily customize sessions to support what is wanted in the moment or create a longer term plan to reach bigger goals.
I have learned so much and truly enjoyed my time working with Carolina. Unfortunately, I’m moving, so our time has come to an end, for now. ;(
I highly recommend her services to everyone, but especially tattoo artists looking for support in a niche line of work that is extremely hard on the body.

Carolina is such a pro. Really attentive, caring, and hard working. The small details of how you move make your recovery a success and she is an expert at that. It was clear that she thought long and hard to develope my program and didn’t just throw me the generic “back pain” set list. Explaining WHY I’m doing certain movements helps me understand my own body and improvise when I’m not in the gym.

Working with Carolina was easily the best experience I've ever had with fitness. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and motivating. We spent a lot of time together over the span of 3 years (unfortunately I had to move or else we would still be training together). She taught me so much about my body, breaking past my mental limits and helped me crush my fitness goals repeatedly. I got pregnant while training with her and she went out of her way to program special prenatal workouts for me and kept me so strong throughout pregnancy -- NOT TO MENTION -- for the most part on zoom because we were in the early days of the pandemic. She really cares for her clients and is so passionate about her work as a trainer. Hire her!

I am a D1 pitcher at UPenn and I started working with Carolina in high school and still see her when I’m home. She helped me work on a lot of the peripherals that most baseball coaches and trainers don’t focus on like balance and strength through range of motion and mobility. These parts are all super important for pitching so I benefited a lot from the work I did with Carolina at SeaRey Performance. I recently had a shoulder injury in season that she helped me rehab and I am now back and playing in games. I would definitely recommend training at SeaRey to athletes of all sports and ages as well as anyone who wants to get their body in better shape going forward.

I love working out with Caro! She is so very thoughtful and smart I feel really lucky to have had her as my trainer. I've trained with Carolina Rey for nearly eight years. I valued her work so much that I followed her from a training studio five minutes from my house to one that's 25 minutes from my house, just so I could continue training with her.
Carolina is positive, dedicated, and highly focused on the goals we set for my progress together. She encourages but never bullies; explains but never patronizes; and accommodates injuries and limitations with kindness and sensitivity. She's knowledgeable and warm. I sometimes surprise myself with what I'm able to do, and I owe the progress I've made entirely to her. Without her I'd be a gelatinous lump on the sofa.

I've been training 3x/week with Carolina for about 6 years now. I've worked with about 6 other trainers in the past: she's the best! We do a program focused on functional activity, mobility and strength training. Every session is tailored to my condition and goals. She is very supportive, but also pushes me in the way I want to be pushed. Carolina is very expert: she is a serious student, with deep and broad knowledge of physiology, exercise form, and technique. She constantly changes things up so it's never boring, and she explains not just how to do things but why (which appeals to my academic curiosity). I, personally, don't particularly *like* working out, but working with her I *appreciate* the workouts, and I am always motivated to continue them, and to continue improving. And I have, including a 50 pound weight loss that she has supported.

Carolina is a fantastic personal trainer. I've been with her for eight years. Our journey together began with her getting me into shape for a hiking trip to the Alps occurring six months after I broke my ankle. She got me through the pandemic, and is keeping me fit and healthy. I always leave in a better place physically and mentally after a session with her. I highly recommend her.

I've trained with Carolina for the past 3 or 4 years and it has made a world of difference in the way my body feels and functions. She does an amazing job of analyzing what my individual body needs and designing workouts to address my physical issues. There is nothing cookie cutter about what Carolina does and she works really hard to figure out what which exercises and routines will make me look, feel, and function better. I am a 55 year old man, trying to hang on to my youth, but Carolina has been equally effective working with my sons who are both elite college athletes.
