Last Sunday I went to a charity event at Seascape Village Fitness center; Santa Cruz Children's charity had its annual beauty bash, a 5-hour event raising monies for 3 different charities. I just want to compliment Seascape Village Fitness for being the host of this event. It’s always great to be supporting local businesses willing to stretch out their hand to the needy in our community. Thank you Everyone at Seascape Village for your service to your community.

I've been a member of Seascape Village Fitness for over three years and exercise 3-5 days per week. I'm in the best shape I've been... ever! We work on core fitness, strength with weights, flexibility, balance and cardio, which really helps when I'm out walking the beach or up-and-down the hills by my house. Joe and Liz (the fitness trainers) are amazing! They watch every move and make corrections to ensure we're working out safely. They are full of energy and make exercising both challenging and really fun. Seascape Village Fitness is not your typical "gym", more like a meeting place for friends that want to stay fit and be healthy. Check it out! --Sue

Unable to train of you are not a member. Seems that you need approval of a manager that is not around. Bad service

I have come back to Seascape Fitness. When I joined Seascape Fitness two years ago Jim Tucker wrote “Severely deconditioned” on my interview record. I was hugely overweight and was out of breath after climbing one flight of stairs. Following the guidance of the staff on nutrition and participating in trainer led activities I lost 100 pounds and awakened strength and endurance at a higher level than any in my adult life. I am 72 years old. My insurance offered a free membership to any of several conventional gyms in the area, so I left Seascape for a deal too good to be true. Only, in my case, it wasn’t such a good deal. My motivation and drained away. I didn’t like the focus on machines, and I missed the personal attention of the trainers at Seascape. And I missed the camaraderie of working with a group of funny and dedicated members. So I have returned. My spirits are up, my condition continues to improve, my nutrition practices are reinforced, and I am glad to be back.

Seascape Village Fitness' environment is warm and supportive. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and funny! Even the front desk staff are warm and welcoming and participate in your exercise program and change the music when they hear you like a specific kind! You are part of a healthy and encouraging community.
