I trained with Reid 3x/week for 9 months, and the transformation I experienced was incredible. More than at any other time in my life! As someone brand new to the gym, I interviewed several trainers before choosing Reid, and I’m so glad I did. He’s knowledgeable (with a kinesiology degree and EMT background), approachable, and genuinely focused on long-term, sustainable change, not gimmicks. I've been training with Reid for almost 6 years now, and in that time, he has been nothing short of outstanding. Reid was recommended to me by a friend for personal training at functional fitness in Burbank. I was very nervous and kind of intimidated since I had never done any type of weight training or had been to a gym before, but Reid was great at making me feel comfortable in such an unfamiliar environment, suggesting exercise to do while traveling and also providing meal plan ideas. He was really positive and supportive about my health goals, while also super easy and fun to talk to, which made my training sessions a lot more enjoyable. He was also was great at gauging how hard to push me while being super aware of my limits and I am very happy with my results. I trained with him for a solid year with a few months afterwards here and there and would definitely recommend him if you are looking to start weightlifting but are inexperienced!

Reid is an excellent trainer. He doesn't sell an unrealistic dream which I appreciate .Rather he preaches consistency in the small things like technique/form and incremental growth which then translates to bigger gains/development. Training with Reid has improved my strength + overall physical wellness. I use to run and did Pilates 2x/week. I stopped doing cardio/pilates and transitioned over to weight training with Reid. My goal when I started was to build muscle and get stronger. We worked on full body workouts, consisting of 6 different exercises, targeting 3 different body parts per session. I started seeing noticeable results within 4 months of training with Reid. I looked strong, felt stronger, built muscle, and leaned out at a faster rate than when I was running.

I came out with more knowledge on how to listen and nourish my body. As well as how to properly and safely weight train. Reid holds you accountable and challenges you to be the best version of yourself. He’s very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend you consider Reid as your trainer. His knowledge, attention to detail, and honesty will help you achieve your fitness goals and have you out here living your best fitness life.
