One of the instructor is so unprofessional she doesn’t know how to teach my knee was hurting after her workout for 3 days also they sometimes charge twice for missing the class it happens to me and my friend also if you don’t check your bank regularly and don’t pay attention they double charge u kinda scam… also they don’t clean the reformers usually even though there is only 5 of em.

My reformer pilates dreams have come true. A small studio close to home in Carmichael, with amazing instructors. I wasn't practicing for a few years due to other studios locations and/or the class availability. Super grateful that Bella set up shop here!!

I have been taking Bella's classes for almost a year. She is an amazing instructor who not only will challenge you, but also make sure you are safe and have correct form, which is much needed! I really recommend this studio!

Bella is the sweetest person! The fact that she is also a great instructor makes me want to leave a review! I’m brand new to reformer Pilates, and she is so patient and kind and inclusive. Sometimes specialty exercise can feel uncomfortable stepping newly into the space. I could not feel better about joining Selfish Pilates.
