I’ve been training here for just a few months and I’m already feeling dangerously strong for a 50-year-old mom. The gym is spotless, the staff is awesome, and the vibes are always positive. Huge shout-out to Evan, my trainer, he’s tough but thoughtful, and somehow knows exactly the right way to call me out when I want to give up so I lock back in and finish what I came to do. My goals are strength and longevity, and honestly? I’m well on my way to being the full-blown 50-year-old beast I’ve always wanted to be. Much love to Sessions!

I had such a good workout here! The coaches do a really good job of assessing your fitness level and providing support, adjusting form, and encouraging challenging lifts at just the right pace.
It’s such a friendly and supportive atmosphere that it makes working out really fun! The class sizes are small and the individualized attention makes it easy for beginners or advanced lifters to jump right in.
If you want to do something that leaves you feeling really good, I highly recommend this spot!

Truly, the best personal training experience out there! Evan and the other trainers are so knowledgeable, very helpful, and create a fun environment. The 3-D scanning is great to help anybody work towards their goals and the nutrition guidance is also incredibly helpful. I love working out with others, but still having my own personal training and a customized plan. It feels like a family and I could not recommend this enough!

I've been a member at Sessions Personal Training for the past two years, and I can't recommend it enough! The coaches are incredible, experienced, and genuinely invested in your progress. I don’t think I could speak more highly of a gym. I have always had an on-again-off-again relationship to fitness and gym-going. But I didn’t want to start yet another year doing the same old thing and getting nowhere. I knew I needed something different, but I was anxious because I knew my fitness level was low, and I had a bit of gym anxiety. I immediately felt welcomed at Sessions, and I’m so happy I took a chance with them. In my short time at Sessions, I feel like I’ve completely reframed my relationship to exercise, and in the process, have greatly increased my fitness level. I feel stronger, more confident, more energetic, and actually excited to go workout (in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited to go to the gym before). I credit this shift to the amazing coaches at Sessions who consistently challenge me, encourage me, and support me in reaching my goals—shout out to Karissa, Jaclyn, Zach, and AJ! At Sessions, you get personalized workouts, support from coaches who help you perform the movements safely and correctly, all while working out in community with other folks who are following their own specific routines. I had been looking for a gym for a while and wanted something that felt challenging and personalized but still wanted that class aspect. Sessions was the perfect fit and helped me get by body, mind, and life back on track. The team does a great job of meeting you where you're at and building a personalized program to still push you.
After over 7 months of training at sessions, I can say this was the best decision I made. It truly helped me build confidence, get in better shape, and learn more about my body. Sad to have to move but because of them, I've now built a solid foundation to carry me to my next gym.

I’m a big fan of Sessions! I have been training here for one year and have experienced measurable results. I love being a part of the community, the trainers are all super knowledgeable and friendly, and having access to the Styku body scanner to track my progress is a huge benefit. The trainers here are not only motivating but are also passionate about educating you. They simplify strength training. The methods are many, but the principles are few. They will teach you to squat, hinge, pull, push, lunge, carry, and rotate. They will teach proper body mechanics with an emphasis on functional movements in your workouts. You will also meet periodically with the trainers for strategy sessions which are golden opportunities for goal setting, assessing current performance, and identifying any mindset roadblocks. If you value accountability and custom programming I highly recommend this gym for achieving your big vision fitness goals.

I love sessions gym. I love the balance of autonomy AND guidance I get in my program. I’ve been only going to sessions average 3x a week for a couple months but I truly feel stronger and more empowered using equipment and just overall getting better versed in body mechanics. Prior to Sessions I was working out at Equinox. I always had the determination to work out on my own but I was having some former sport injuries affect my body. I originally went to Sessions to get summer body ready and jump higher (I play competitive beach volleyball). While the coaches were amazing and I loved the workouts, I was having limitations. But the team at Sessions never gave up on me. They worked with me diligently to get to the root of my issues and help me create a program to both reach my goals and keep me injury free.
I am pretty sure my investment here is what saved me from a future knee or hip replacement. If it wasn't for Sessions I would never have understood what I needed to work on structurally which was causing my physical limitations so I can compete in my sport and do what I’m really capable of.
The coaches made a real, measurable, and impactful difference in my life. Thanks Sessions for being the best cheerleader and go to resource for how to live my best life. Everyone has been encouraging, supportive, and given me the level of support I needed to meet my own personal goals. I've never seen such an accessible and customized, high-touch program. Definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about the results they want to see!

Today was day 1 at Sessions and it did not disappoint. As someone who prefers personal training over any other type of workout, I was excited to get back into the rhythm of things.
My coaches Jake and Shelly were amazing! They both focused on my form (it had been a while so some fine tuning was needed), pushed me at every set, and gave me feedback and encouragement throughout the entire hour. I’m grateful that there was a balance between pushing my limits while also understanding what my body could do for its first session. I ended sore but not feeling like I was dying.
I highly recommend trying out Sessions. Whether you are new to the workout game, coming back after some time, or a dedicated athlete- the Sessions team are able to adapt to your needs and create a program that best fits your fitness goals.

I cannot say enough good things about Sessions. I'm 27 and have been inconsistent most of my life when it comes to working out; it's very easy for me to lose focus/interest. Sessions has been the most enjoyable gym/working out experience I've ever had. At Sessions you get a personalized training plan with the feel of a fun, social class environment. You get to work closely with a trainer to tailor a program to fit your fitness goals, and they're always readily available to answer questions or help in general. Each trainer is friendly, enthusiastic, and makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
My goal when I started in November was to put on weight, and within a month I had already gained 6 pounds worth of muscle. I feel stronger than I've ever been, and I look forward to going to Sessions each day more than I have ever with any other fitness experience I've had in my life. Whatever your age, goals, or experience level in the gym, the great coaches at Sessions will get you where you need to be. I can't recommend it enough.

When I first went to Sessions, everyone who worked there and those attending the class had such incredible energy and truly seemed to enjoy being there. As I waited for class to start, many classmates were raving about it when I told them it was my first one.
So, when group classes weren’t a fit for me, I was bummed. Fortunately, Evan came through for me like the knowledgeable leader he is by introducing me to Presley, who has been the personal trainer of my dreams. I’ve had at least half a dozen personal trainers over the years, and in addition to enjoying her the most, I get the best workout while also not getting injured (which unfortunately happened often with other trainers.)
She’s as friendly as she is knowledgeable, she’s motivational, and she can make helpful adjustments on the fly as needed. She’s the best, and I’m so thankful that Sessions introduced us!

I’ve been a member of sessions for over a month. What first attracted me was the physical space and the business model - affordable personal training in a group settings but with your own personal training plan. You have a personal accountability meeting with a coach soon after joining to go through your health and wellness routine, to set your training goals and choose your flexible schedule. You also get a full body scan which gives you a starting point used to track and measure your ongoing progress. It’s in-depth using state of the art technology with really interesting and fascinating results! The coaches are really friendly, inclusive, fitness experts who will motivate you towards reaching your goals. It’s important for me to be corrected on form and pushed when I’m capable for more. Although it’s a group setting you have the space you personally need and coaching support on tap. The sessions run 55 mins long with guided warm up and cool down. I love it already and I’m already feeling great! I highly recommend it! It’s a great atmosphere!

I've been working out my entire life, and THIS is the best training experience I've ever had. Semi-private means you do your own, personalized workout while up to 11 others are all doing their own thing, too. Coaches circulate to give tips and instructions. The equipment is top-notch. The sessions go fast: no drudgery here! The coaches are all fantastic, and other members are fab too--it feels like a welcoming, encouraging community. All ages and sizes means you're bound to see someone who looks like you. Monthly one-on-one check ins help keep you on track and give the coaches guidelines for your goals and progress. My partner and I joined in July 2023, and we feel like it's been one of the true highlights of our year.

One month in and I have nothing but good things to say about this personal training gym. ALL the trainers are very knowledgeable, encouraging, professional yet super personable with a good balance of humor. I know I'm going to learn something new and get great a workout in. I never begrudgingly drag my butt over there.
They have an awesome setup that is personalized. I love that it's personal training but in a group atmosphere. So you're getting the direction, encouragement, and corrections needed but not being micromanaged.
One last thought, as a somewhat self conscious female, I feel very comfortable training here. There are no mirrors, everyone is in 'the zone' of their own workout. No judgements. The trainers are all athletes that encourage you along the way. Love them all.

I just completed my third week at sessions, and I am so glad that I took the plunge and decided to join. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported in my fitness journey. I’m not a fitness guy. Every gym membership that I’ve ever had has been a waste of money - as I was never able to stay motivated or supported enough to stick with it. My experience with Sessions has been so different. I actually want to go because I feel supported and challenged in a safe environment. That’s not to say it’s easy. The workouts are tough, and the first week I was more sore than I had ever been, but with each Session my strength has gotten better. Even though I look ridiculous most of the time trying each new exercise, I know that I’m learning the right form and techniques, and the coaches are so helpful and kind with their feedback. I haven’t seen a ton of changes yet physically, but I am starting to feel stronger, and it’s only been three weeks. I’m excited to keep going and grow with this community!
Sessions not only gives me a gym to go to but a fun new community to connect with - filled with supportive and kind people - who are all driven to be the best they can be.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Give it a go. You won’t regret it, truly.

I love this place! I joined Sessions in January 2023 and I’m so thankful I did! I’ve not only gained strength but I’ve lost 30 lbs with their customized programs + diet and lifestyle changes.
I really enjoy the smaller workout setting, with 1 coach to 6 people max. I’m always the one that needs the reminder about what the program instructions are and correct form, so I’m happy there are coaches there to support me with that. I love coming into my session and seeing what I’ll be doing that day on the board. The one-on-one accountability sessions are great to keep me focused, chat about my progress, and keep my coaches and I focused on my upcoming goals. I have an unusual work schedule and I was concerned about getting my sessions in, but they’ve always been so accommodating. Even if I have to travel for work, I know I can jump back in at any time.
I LOVE the staff, they’re all so friendly and encouraging! I can’t recommend this personal training gym enough and I’m excited to refer my friends and family!

I’ve seen significant results for myself, where before I had been struggling to meet my fitness goals in an endless cycle of HIIT classes / cardio. Felt like I had to drag myself into the gym and didn’t really look forward to my workouts.
Sessions is so different — it’s so convenient to walk in and get the workout done. You don’t have to think about what muscle groups to work on or wait for machines/equipment to be available. Joining Sessions was one of the best physical and self esteem improvement choices I have ever made. Before Sessions, I had no gym experience, and even stepping foot in was nerve-racking for me. On day one, I couldn't even look Evan in the eye, and told him I'd probably quit in a week or two. But Sessions was a way positive experience that I was not expecting from a gym.
Each session is tailored to you at the level you are at, and where you want to go, with everyone having their own different workout plan for the day. Although you are in a room with all different levels of people, you never feel out of place, or at competition with each other. It's a positive and encouraging place where we all learn and improve.
The sessions are also just the right amount of people at a time. Everyone has their own workout station, and there is enough equipment so that there is no waiting or wasting of your time.
Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. They will show you the proper way to safely and effectively do an exercise, as well as be able to explain the science behind it. They will encourage you to push yourself a little more when you can, but also ask you to take a step back if you're burning out. The size of each session also guarantees you enough 1 on 1 time with them to perfect the exercise, as well as get you money's worth.
On top of that, staff is way cool and encouraging, it's like hanging out with your friends!
Sessions was perfect for me because I needed someone to create a plan for me, demonstrate the exercises for me (over and over again until I got it down), but most importantly, to be in a setting that made me want to come back, and not quit. I've done exercises and weights that I thought only body builders did. Best gym experience I could want!

Its been an incredible few weeks at sessions. Highly recommend the coaching staff. They listen and personalize my entire routine and understand/adjust what can and can't do while still pushing me to achieve more.Walking in with the days personalized routine brings a much needed sense of ownership to my goals but also highlights how much the coaches are tailoring the one hour session. The sessions are never crowded, that's one of my favorite things. You have a handful of amazing people all working on different goals supporting you. also love the approach on how they measure success and goals. LA listen up! This place is amazing! Here's why: First, the trainers are fantastic (and I've had a lot trainers and CrossFit coaches over many years) -- Jake, Evan, Lauren and Karissa are all extremely knowledgeable fitness experts, they are kind, fun, patient and encouraging. There are small group but personalized training classes with workout plans made for each individual. That's what makes it so brilliant! You are sweating, building strength, doing new movements every time.
AND it's a nicely designed clean space with excellent basic amenities. Worth the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing experience so far - I’m 5 sessions in and loving it. The facility and equipment are top notch, easy parking, GREAT trainers who are super friendly and super knowledgeable. A lot of focus on form and any injuries/deficiencies with good adjustments. All around, great positive environment and a great workout. The “Standards” focus is great for getting into a routine and making sure you understand the mechanics of different lifts, and I’m looking forward to jumping into my specific programming soon.

A fantastic new, clean, facility. Trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. I am a newbie to training and I am very glad to have their guidance on form. Wow! It doesn’t get better than this. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, funny!, and effective. The studio and facilities are equinox level (dry shampoo, gel, female products, filtered water). The owners listen and pay attention to what you want and make sure it happens. I LOVE the gym and workout. In 4 weeks my body is completely transformed. Btw, I am not an exerciser… AT ALL. Love the set up of this gym. Trainers are very personable and know their stuff. Recommend if you want 5 star personal training sessions but you also don’t want to have someone breathing down your back the WHOLE time. I’m a person that gets motivated by others achieving their goals so I dig the group sessions. 4 sessions down and so far, it’s been great! I have a ton of injuries and I am currently recovering from a surgery…Evan, Lauren, and Jake have all been great at checking in to make sure I am okay and not in pain. They are quick to give helpful modifications and adjust the training as needed. I have worked with a lot of trainers and gyms, but Sessions has so far blown them all away and have exceeded my expectations! And the gym is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has great parking!

If you’re looking for personal training without the high cost, this is a good option. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean. There’s an array of equipment, and the layout of the gym ensures each person has their own space when working out. There are never more than 12 people working out together at one time. There is always at least 1 trainer for 6 people. Each person has their own personalized program and workout that is shown on a screen at the beginning of your session.
Their typical program is 3 times/week at $60 a session. Based on my schedule and the fact that I am active and do other, more cardio based workouts, I am going twice per week at $75 per session. I got the founders promo of the first two weeks free. This gym focuses more on strength training. As someone who has never spent a lot of money on working out, it is an adjustment, but so far feeling worth it. The tailored program and individual attention received to ensure I have good form and am getting the most out of my one hour workouts is very nice. I am happy to be incorporating strength training in my workout routine to prevent injuries.
I have been coming here for three weeks now. The first two weeks, I met the trainers, discussed my goals, and did “standards” exercises to determine my baseline. We have discussed some nutrition goals and water intake goals. This third week, my personalized program kicked in, and I am feeling it! It has been a very positive experience so far.
