I live in the neighborhood and I've been training at Sessions for over 10 years. I appreciate the trainer-only approach, the dedicated 1:1 attention, and the quality of the trainers. The space is clean and well maintained, and it's an invaluable asset to my health and the neighborhood. Thanks Lauro and team!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The trainers at this studio disregard the way they impact the community in which they do business. The trainers are rude to women and inconsiderate of their neighbors. They also pad their yelp and google listings with fake reviews created by people who work there.
