This is a great place to go to for community or to try to get out of your shell and try something different. As a man who has mostly been into extreme sports and bodybuilding, I did find that the classes I did here were helpful and I am hopeful that when time permits, I'll go back to learning how to move my body in different ways.

I’ve been coming for about 2 months and just dove straight in. I’m on my 12 or 13th class and can’t get enough. I try to get all my friends to come because classes here are so empowering. As much as I’d like to gate keep (because classes are sometimes hard to get into) I feel everyone should try exotic dance classes. It’s the energy shift I didn’t realize I needed in 2025.

Seventh dimension has so many amazing classes, and I’m enjoying them all! The teachers are fantastic and make doing new forms doable. I have loved every class that I have taken here and I’m planning on taking many more. I highly recommend them. Going there feels like family and you get exercise and fun all rolled l together.

I am so excited to be apart of the Seventh dimension community in SB! There literally isn’t anything like it any where’s else! The website is simple and easy to navigate. There is an app that is equally as efficient. Customer support was quick and easy answering my questions regarding prices and how the system works. The summer package deal is wonderful. I am very new to Ariel silks and I’m excited to continue my practice with this team and try the other flow classes as well. I just love this studio. I have been coming here now for over six months, I am completely new to pole, and just love this dance and movement practice. The classes are outstanding, the staff and the other dancers are warm and loving and supportive and kind and enthusiastic. This is a beautiful place to move your body and an incredible place to learn this really cool skill. I recommend everybody come to Seventh Dimension Dance!

Seventh Dimension is such a lovely place!!! The people are so welcoming and supportive--instructors and students. There's a real community here, and it's amazing to be a part of. There are all levels of classes, so you can introduce yourself to these dance/art forms, as well as challenge yourself and level up!! Instructors encourage students to take care of themselves and take water breaks or anything you need; you're also encouraged to videotape yourself to keep track of your journey! The wide array of instructors allow students to choose what style of learning they want to engage in, and the huge variety in classes makes it so easy to try new things that you had never thought yourself capable of! I started out here doing pole classes around a year, year and a half ago, and recently I opened the studio's showcase performing an aerial lyra routine! The possibilities and love are endless at 7DD.

Such a great, welcoming studio. Classes are mostly on static pole. You have to download their app to purchase classes and sign up for each class, it's not term based, which gives flexibility. I love the style of pole dance here. The space between poles is a bit small, but the people make up for it. Happy to have found this place.

Taking classes at Seventh Dimension Dance is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. All of the instructors are amazing, and the supportive, positive community of fellow students is inspiring and encouraging. As a mother and a professional with a desk job and previously sedentary life style, no inherent flexibility, and no dance or gymnastics background, I was hesitant to walk through the door starting from level zero. But I was welcomed with open arms and enthusiasm, and every instructor has been so kind in working with me where I’m at. My only regret is not walking through that door sooner! Seventh Dimension Dance is my happy place.

Wanted to try a pole class after taking heel and hip hop classes for the past 4+ years. Loved the customer service as well. The beginners class I went to there were 5 of us who were there for the first time. Harmony was super supportive and encouraged all of us the whole time, her instructions were really helpful and it was a blast! It's definitely a whole body workout and I definitely recommend going to classes here, very welcoming atmosphere.

I have a background in dance but I'm an absolute beginner on the pole. I am also closer to my 40s than my 20s and thought all these things would be a problem. They weren't!
The instructors I had at this studio were some of the kindest and most supportive I have ever had! They listened to all my questions, helped with all my "problems" and encouraged me to keep at it. If I could, I would be here daily! I can't wait to sign up for each and every class and every time I leave the studio, I can't wait for the next session!
Prices are also extremely reasonable for what they offer.
I would recommend this studio to everyone who wants to try a new type of dance, or exercise, that is loaded with fun and excitement!

Went with a friend for a first-time class and the owner, Harmony, as well as the other women in the class were SO welcoming and easy going. I'm not *the most* social person, and have a tendency to get down on myself when I'm not initially good at something- my dancing was far more funny than sexy- but at no time did I ever feel out of place or question why I was doing it. Pole 1 at Seventh Dimension was a fun, easy work out that anyone would feel comfortable starting with.

Harmony is an amazing woman with incredible skills! She has so much knowledge for the dance and knows how to work with all levels of dancers, beginning to advanced.
