I’ve been training here for almost a year now and still absolutely love it. Coop is incredibly fun to work with but pushes me harder than I could push myself. He clearly knows what he’s doing. Every workout leaves me exhausted, pumped, and feeling great.

On top of being an amazing place to train, SF Squared has such a welcoming, inclusive vibe. It’s genuinely one of the most friendly gyms I’ve ever been to. I feel completely comfortable being myself here. It’s rare to find a space that combines serious training with such a warm, open community, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Coop is amazing!

SF Squared Fitness is clean, well-equipped, and has the best energy — all thanks to Coop. He’s kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every workout feels personalized and purposeful, and he somehow makes even the toughest sessions fun.

You can tell he really cares about his clients and the community he’s built. It’s rare to find a trainer who’s this motivating and this genuine. Couldn’t recommend Coop and SF Squared more!

I love going to this gym. I’ve been training with Race for over a year and he has totally transformed the way I think about fitness. The gym is in a great location, easy to get to from Mission street and Bart. All of the gym equipment is brand new, it’s a great space to train in.

My bank informed me that this gym has charged my credit card for $50. My bank cancelled the card and reversed the charges. Still, it was a huge hassle. I don't live in San Francisco, so they must have gotten it from someone else and didn't check ID, or it was stolen somehow from my online transactions. And yes, whether it was a monthly charge or just one time charge, I was told that it came from this gym and investigation was concluded.
