Shadoe Fox’s training regimen has been the best thing I’ve done for my physical fitness outside of deciding to work out. I’ve gone to traditional gyms for years with self-guidance through YouTube videos and various fitness forums, and I didn’t see half the progress I saw in the last ~6 months with Shadoe.
He is a great trainer with years of experience and really takes the time to explain what you’re doing and why he is telling you to do it. You won’t regret hiring him to help guide your fitness journey. 👌🏻

Shadoe has done a superb job of tailoring a program for me. I loved working with Shadoe. He’s completely dedicated to your goals. I learned so much from him- about muscle growth and repair, how to best train, finding consistency, and how to find balance in the body- for example, I am more quad dominate and have weaker hamstrings. Shadoe helped me bring those muscles ( and therefore my whole body) back into harmony. I highly recommend Shadoe, working with him was one of the best investments I have ever made for my well-being.

Shadoe is truly the BEST!! I found Shadoe at the beginning of Covid, wanting to dedicate time to a lifelong desire to body-build. I worked up to training 5 days a week with Shadoe for a full year and a half, and it was life changing!
Shadoe taught me the foundations of training and safety, so I can now continue on my own while I’m not living in the US.
Shadoe is very knowledgeable on the whole person: lifting,diet,sleep, everything is integrated in his program. And, Shadoe is truly one of the kindest, nicest humans I have ever met in my life!! He has a gentle way of motivating- which I appreciate. He’s dedicated to results- and was always happy and willing to make adjustments when I asked.
I have to say the highlight of Covid for me was meeting Shadoe! If I was living near, I would train 5 days a week again with him- it was the best decision, and best money I ever spent on myself! Worth every single penny.

I’ve had a few personal trainers in the past and they weren’t as knowledgeable, patient, experienced, punctual, reliable and flexible as Shadoe. I have been training with Shadoe for 5 years and I am very proud to call him my personal trainer. He definitely makes you feel like you are his top priority when achieving your fitness goals. He organizes your fitness plan to your personal fitness needs and the outcome is amazing. Many personal trainers out there don’t show the care, need and priority that Shadoe gives and this is one of the many reasons I keep training with him.
I highly recommend Shadoe Fox as your personal trainer. As I mentioned above, he’s the best and you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Shadoe enough. My time with him has been a boon for my fitness. My squat, bench and deadlift have improved immensely as a result of training with Shadoe (while getting a little leaner too!), and I no longer deal with a lot of the aches and pains that those movements used to cause me.
Plenty of trainers make you feel as if they'd rather be doing anything else, they give you an exercise then just cut you lose to tend to their phones and maybe offer a bit more guidance between your sets: this is not the case with Shadoe. Once your session with Shadoe starts, he gets tunnel vision and makes you feel as if you're the only thing that matters. He is acutely perceptive to any aberrations from proper form, even if he's guiding you through something as simple as dumbbell curls (you CAN do them wrong).
If you're tired of spinning your wheels in the gym, stop wasting your time and hit up Shadoe.

Shadoe is awesome! I've been training with him for 5 years. When I started, I was very out of shape and had never been athletic in my life. I didn't know how to do a proper squat and going to a gym was an intimidating thing. Now I can squat and lift more than my body weight and generally feel so much stronger in my daily life. Shadoe is always so chill and no-judgement on my fails, he gave me the confidence that I can get stronger even starting out as the total wimp I was. If you are looking for a drill sergeant trainer, that's not him. But if you prefer a steadfast guide who listens to and supports your needs and goals, then I highly recommend training with Shadoe!
