I've had the privilege of working with Shannon and she's been a rock for me this last year. She always plans killer workouts for partner and solo sessions. She's also incredibly creative and thoughtful about incorporating movements that fit our unique fitness needs. I was preparing for my wedding and she's done an amazing job with helping me build strength.
I've worked with a few personal trainers in both Sacramento and LA and Shannon is by far the best. Train with her if you want top-tier workouts and a reliable, supportive coach! Thanks for everything Shannon :)

I started with Shannon when I was about 5 months postpartum. I am now 9 months postpartum and have never felt better.
I started with Shannon not to lose weight but to gain muscle and definition and that’s what I’ve seen thus far.
Shannon has been able to help me reach a higher level of confidence in the gym. She allows me to push myself in a safe manner. Every workout is carefully thought out. I love how accommodating she is to my hectic schedule as a full time working mom. She has even allowed me to bring my baby to my workouts when I didn’t have anyone to watch him. She listens to my body goals and definitely helps me to further reach those goals. I honestly never thought my body could look so good. I’ve had a baby and feel like my body is better than ever. I finally can see the sides of my abs and have a little butt growing too. I would never workout this hard on my own. I used to go to the gym and do cardio for hours and now I just go for walks on my own when I can and workout 2-3 days a week with Shannon. I love my body and my husband loves it too! Shannon has helped me recover after pregnancy physically and mentally. This is now my me time and I love it.

Shannon is such a great person and trainer. My boyfriend and I have struggled with finding the right workouts for the both of us. She designed a workout plan tailored to the both of us. Her workouts are very challenging and within a short amount of time I started to look and feel stronger. She knows your potential and will hold you accountable and I love that! I recommend her to anyone looking for a great personal trainer to help guide them with their physical and nutritional goals.

I met Shannon over two years ago at the gym. I immediately was drawn to her gentle and warm vibe. She is always willing to offer suggestions and pointers while I am working out. I’m not usually open to it while in “my zone”, but she has a way of offering suggestions that are just right.
I started training one on one with Shannon in January and have to say it’s been the best thing I’ve done in a long time! Every workout is different, VERY challenging and pushes my limits.
If you want someone with a positive attitude, reliable, knowledgeable and an all around great person, I can’t recommend Shannon enough!

Shannon is AMAZING! I'm in my mid-30s and figuring out what my healthiest/fittest self is at my age and after having two kids. I've been doing group fitness workouts with her for at least a year, and they're always creative and challenging. I am definitely not the most coordinated person, but Shannon always graciously demonstrates how to properly do each exercise (sometimes repeatedly). I really appreciate her holistic approach to fitness and wellness and how, while she meets you where are are, she always kindly pushes you to push yourself. Totally recommend.

I have used Shannon as my personal trainer for 5 sessions now and she has been nothing short of amazing. She has a very positive attitude and wants to see her clients excel. She sets up different routines everyday based on whatever you are trying to work on and will definitely push you if that’s what you are looking for. She has given me some of the most intense and satisfying workouts I’ve ever had in my life. She is very nice and understands how to get the most out of people while working out. She is also very experienced and and has taught me many workout routines I didn’t know existed. I didn’t have much experience working out on this level so I was nervous of performing the workouts incorrectly but she is very patient and understanding and makes sure you’re movements and motions are correct so you don’t hurt yourself. After trying on wedding dresses for my wedding, I was determined to focus on becoming a better version of myself and wanted to focus on developing a healthier lifestyle. During this journey is when I came across Shannon and hired her for personal training. I couldn’t be more thankful that the universe connected me with her! Shannon helped me achieve the goals I wanted for my wedding. She held me accountable by checking in with my eating and ensuring I was getting enough of the appropriate macros to achieve my goals. During workouts Shannon pushed me when I wanted to give up, joined me in exercises when I didn’t have the confidence, was flexible on catering to my specific exercise needs, and overall motivated me to stay disciplined and focused. I have never had a personal trainer before and my experience with Shannon has been nothing but 100% satisfaction. I started working with Shannon having no knowledge or experience in strength training and she has been a great coach and advocate. Each session with her consists of different workouts that she creates to meet your personal goals. Not only does she teach me proper techniques and watches my form, she also encourages me to push past my perception of what I can handle. After each session I feel more accomplished and stronger. Shannon is an exceptional trainer and role model. I’m always looking forward to my next session and seeing what she has in store for me!
