Omg !!! After train in so many places I definitely highly recommend 360 studio. They do all types of work out and even when we have groups on the coach knows exactly itch one of us goals , levels, the energy in the studio is wonderful and they teach you so many things about working out and how it’s affecting. I joined that gym a year ago. It was quite challenging, at first. I'm not naturally inclined towards sports and energy activities so it took some getting used to. The owner, Michal was incredibly patient with me despite my tendency to skip classes and not fully commit to following her advice.. After a months I started noticing significant changes in myself both physically and mentally. I felt more energized gained muscle mass and shed a lot of fat. The gym isn't a place for workouts; it's also a knit community where we genuinely care about one another. I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking not a place to exercise but also a sense of community and personal attention, from the owner.

I’ve been training at Shape 360 for eight months and I absolutely love my results! I’m so thankful to have found a fitness studio/trainer that has transformed my physical and mental health. Michelle consistently inspires me and pushes me to my limits while also knowing my weaknesses. At Shape 360 you’ll find a diverse group of people which was very important to me as a woman of color. Even with the small group training Michelle is very great at responding to each individual’s needs. Also not to mention this studio is very clean, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing. :) There are also showers available.

I've been training at Shape360 twice a week for almost a year, and I can honestly say that it is the best thing I did for my health and my body last year! While I was already pretty fit as an avid swimmer, hiker, occasional runner, and yogi, I hadn't strength trained regularly in nearly a decade and was a bit nervous to dive back in.
I had nothing to worry about. Mike, Michelle, and Kristianne are all exceptional! They bring energy, expertise, and creativity to every session, and make getting strong fun. They take the time to learn your goals and provide modifications, whether you're recovering from a muscle strain or rebuilding strength after a more serious injury. I receive tailored feedback on my form in every session, which has been invaluable for injury prevention. The workouts are always challenging but fly by. No two sessions are the same. Nearly a year in, I'm STILL learning new exercises and variations.
And my results speak for themselves: I have gained muscle everywhere and am much stronger than I was a year ago. I have doubled (or more) the amount of weight I'm using since day one in many exercises, and I never thought I'd be doing dead lifts and chin ups--but with consistency I've made great progress. I've got more stamina on long hikes and am able to climb up steeper hills more quickly (and with less discomfort during and soreness afterward) thanks to the strength gains I've made.
As someone who travels frequently for work, I've also learned some bodyweight and resistance band exercises that I can easily do in a hotel room, keeping me on track no matter where I am.
Michelle has done an incredible job fostering a sense of community here. The other members are friendly and inspiring, and their support and positive energy makes me look forward to coming to class. Shape360 is an amazing environment to train in!

I started my fitness journey 7 months postpartum. I was struggling with losing any weight and had no idea what to do. But I found Shape 360 and it’s been amazing. Workouts are fun, challenging, and small so you still get that personal feel and help. I am so much stronger and my body composition is continuing to change. Their flexibility has also been great. When my baby can’t go to daycare, I bring him along! I still have a long way to go but so grateful to be able to get stronger and meet my fitness goals at Shape 360.

I've been working out at this gym for the past 3 months and it is my favorite of any gym I have ever joined (including Orange Theory, LA Fitness, and even personal training at other various facilities). I love it! Where I normally dread going to get a workout, I actually really look forward to coming to this gym, every single time. I feel like a million bucks every time I walk out - and ready to conquer the world. The motivation from the trainers and the personal one-on-one attention is incomparable (I feel like I have a personal training single every time I go). The classes are small (12 people max, and often smaller 6-7 people). You are in and out in 50 minutes (killer workout is done) and the gym is soo clean. The owner and the 2 other trainers that work there know everyone by name and their capabilities and everyone is pushed to their maximum potential. The Owner, Michal takes a personal interest in helping all of her gym members reach their fitness goals with monthly body composition measurements and nutrition guidance. She also reaches out to everyone individually to make sure you make it to the gym 3 times a week. I my opinion, this is the best of both worlds - personal accountability and motivation from the members that attend the classes.

I was not a gym guy, hated the though of working out and avoided it like the pleague. That was until I went to Shape360 studio.
I have been going 3 days a week since September and actually look forward to my workouts. The team at Shape360 is committed to seeing everyone succeed in the work out goals. They modify the workouts as nescessary, know my limitations and push to go beyond. The small group setting is great as well. Each person there is encouraging, kind and does not judge.
If you are looking for a place to work out, to feel as if you belong and to see results, this is the palce!

I started at Shape 360 a few months ago to get my self back in shape. It had been a very long time since I had worked out. Michelle made me feel so comfortable to start working out again and now I am so much stronger than when I started. Her workouts are effective and she is incredibly motivating. I started going to Shape 360 after recovering from a knee injury following a full marathon. This was the only workout that gave me the same adrenaline rush I was missing from running. After a year of incorporating strength training at Shape 360 into my workout routine I came back to running stronger and faster - shaving 10 minutes off of my previous marathon time. Michelle and Mike are amazing - feels like having a personal trainer in an entire room of people. Every workout is different and fun while challenging. Just rocked another epic rower session at my go-to gym! 🚣♀️ This place is a gem for someone like me who's always on the go. The Michal and Mike here are top-notch and always willing to work with your busy schedule. I've been sweating it out here for almost two years now (come November), and let me tell you, the accountability and reminders from the Michal are a game-changer. In the midst of my crazy, hectic life, they keep me on track and motivated. There are days when I feel like throwing in the towel, but hitting the gym here has been the best decision I've ever made. shape360 is the only gym that I have been able to attend consistently. It’s about 20 minute drive from my house and yet I still go. The reason for it is Michal who is the owner and the instructor. She gives every member the personal attention they need. The workout is stations style. Every day the stations are changed, that way you never get to do the same workout day after day. You’re always paired with somebody throughout the workout makes it very motivating.
What I like most about Life360 is that Michal pays great attention to the way you work out. She makes sure that you don’t get Injured.
The gym itself is very beautifully designed. They are very nice showers too.

After the pandemic, having my second child and only doing cardio in my garage for 3 years, I was told about Shape360 to get back to lifting in a group setting. I wasn’t sure I’d even be able to make 3 days a week work. Much to my surprise I haven’t missed my class, LOVE being with Michelle and all the other members and look forward to going!! My husband and I both attended our first Shape 360 class together this morning and it was GREAT! The class was just the right size where we didn't feel overwhelmed. Michelle led us through each movement and made sure to perfect our form by explaining the 'why' behind what we were doing - which helped us understand exactly what we should be feeling and focusing on through each exercise.
My husband has taken classes with me at multiple gyms around San Diego. When we left Shape 360, he pointed out how much more he liked his workout here because of the way the class was organized and that he could tell each movement was added with intention and reason. He felt like he got so much more out of this workout compared to others we've done at other studios where the classes felt almost rushed trying to fit so many movements into each workout. I felt the exact same!
I would highly recommend Shape 360 for anyone at any level. It feels good to be a part of a studio that truly cares about giving that 1-on-1 attention to their members and leaves you feeling 10x better than you did walking in.
Bonus Tip: We attended the 6AM class and were able to see an epic sunrise through the large floor to ceiling windows in the workout area. It was the perfect way to start our day together!

My life as I knew it turned upside down in 2019, when I went through an unexpected divorce. I became a single mother with full custody of my 6-year-old son, 5-year-old son and 2.5-year-old daughter. Life had changed for all of us overnight and I realized I had lost sight of who I was over the years of being a mother to 3 young kids. One of my best friends had started working out with Michal and encouraged me to go. I remember being so nervous and intimidated by the gym equipment, I had never used any of those machines before. Michal was so patient and supportive with me; her inspirational phrases rang through my head as I pushed myself to always finish each workout. Each one of her classes was different and customized, she taught me to listen to my body and focus on the mind muscle connection during my workout. She takes the time to let us know what muscle groups we should be using for each exercise and always begins with a demo of how to do it correctly, so we don't get injured. She circulates through the class, encouraging us, modifying us if needed and adjusting the exercises for clients that require it. For me, it was never about getting a "revenge body". I just wanted to find something that I truly loved to do, and to become strong physically so that I can always care for my children. What I didnt realize was that Michal was also fostering my emotional and spiritual health. She believed in me when I was at my lowest point and pushed me to come into the gym on days I wanted to stay in bed and cry. Everyone needs a catalyst to make a major life change, with Michal, her phrases have become daily affirmations and words of positivity. We are all on our own journey in this life, and I am so grateful to Michal for the impact she has had on mine.

3 years ago I was looking for a personal trainer and I found Michelle. She made me fall in love with working out and helped me lose weight for my wedding.
I worked out with her and Mike through my pregnancy and I loved how she knew to modify the workouts through it and keep me strong and fit.
6 weeks after the birth I came back and she and Mike knew how to train me, with being postpartum and all of the modifications that I needed.
I am so thankful for the beautiful community and friends that I found at shape360.

Your classes are by far my favorite workouts I’ve ever had. I have tried it ALL. Pelaton, Lagree, yoga, different boot camps, training for half marathons, lifting weights on my own. I love your classes because you are correcting my form, it’s like personal training but in a really motivating class environment! I haven’t had help with my form since I had a trainer in high school when I played soccer. Once I went to college I got lazy and got back into lifting about 8 years ago. Although I’m only 5 classes in I’ve already realized how much correction I need and I can lower my weight and it creates a WAY bigger impact on my body. My abs are already starting to define. I started working out here in early 2022 after feeling like my mental and physical health were both suffering. One month later, I got pregnant. I have continued my workout routine with Michal and she has accommodated my pregnancy needs more than I could ever imagine! I've been training at Shape360 for over a year and today I am at the best shape of my life. I have a very specific body I like and we work exactly on those muscles just right to get my perfect me. They are trainers with knowledge, compassion, and are truly dedicated. Michal created a community and a family to us all. They inspire, push, and challenge you to be your best you.
No other gym could ever replace what I experience there.

This review is long over due! From the ambiance to the workouts- this place is a gem. Michelle is so well trained and you can tell fitness is her passion. She helps you with form, modifies for your needs and has become a dear friend! Always feel comfortable and welcome, which is important! Not to mention the gym is stunning! All the little details!
I'm down 30 pounds since starting my workouts with Shape360 and mentally/ physically I feel better than ever. Come check it out- you won't be disappointed!

Love coming to this place!!!!! It's definitely my happy place, Love working out with Michelle, I take individual sessions and group sessions. And both of them are super fun and enjoyable, Michelle know how to make the class interesting every time, she Pay attention to each one of us even in y he group sessions, know to modify when needed for any kind of injury's or disabilities. I canceled my gym membership, can't go back working out myself now. I highly recommend you will not find this type of energy and knowledge in any other place

Look no further!!! This is the PLACE to go work out if you're looking for a great atmosphere gym.
Michal is wonderful. She will push you to discover new limits, she's carrying, motivating and most importantly, makes you feel like YOU CAN DO IT.
I started working out with her after years I was afraid to try, 2 sessions a week became 4 and I absolutely loved starting my day at the gym. I ended up getting pregnant after a few months and got guidance and was altered a new plan for each week to accommodate my body and how it's changing. Always make me feel comfortable with what we're doing, I worked out until the day I had the baby!!! She also help you build your self esteem , she listens and coaches her trainees in more ways that just the work out.
This was by far the best gift I gave myself. If you're looking to start doing something for yourself, Michal and Shape 360 is the right place for you

I started working out with Michelle over a year ago when I decided I wanted to strengthen my body back after 3 pregnancies. I have to say that Michelle has been a miracle worker. She is so understanding, kind, knowledgeable and professional. She definitely pushes me to my limits but never over does it. It’s a great balance. In the last year I have lost weight, gained muscle and just overall feel more energetic and strong. I also started doing ice treatments with her as well which has helped me tone my muscles even more and reduce cellulite. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.
