We have been very impressed with this gym! There’s great vibes here and everyone is friendly and welcoming. My daughter adores Coach Claire. I can tell Claire has a lot of experience and she’s extremely patient and really takes the time to show proper form and technique.

Our daughter (11) has been attending this gym for a little over a year and they are not only top notch in their ability to train, they treat these kids like their own. My wife and I have noticed they intentionally work hard with each kid, ensuring they not only learn and have great form, but how each child develops as an individual in their character. Our daughter is obsessed with gymnastics and she cannot wait to get back to Shasta Gymnastics to see all her fellow gymnasts and of course her coach, Faith.
