She Rocks Fitness is the only Huntington Beach women’s Small Group Training focused on helping YOU become strong and empowered. Our unique program takes half the time of normal fitness programs and allows you to work at your own pace. Each flexible and customized workout is easy on your joints and doesn’t require running. I’m 65. I recently retired. Having more time, i decided to β€œgym shop”. I’ve never frequented gyms so I was fearful of getting an injury w|o proper guidance. I previewed the big names but She Rocks was different. First it’s an all women gym who genuinely encourage one another- its like stepping into the Cheers Bar but in a fitness setting. Next, the classes are small (15 max) and designed to challenge yourself and are only 30 minutes! Who can’t give up 30 min to improve health? Due to the small class size, there is ALWAYS a professional trainer at ALL TIMES providing one on one support and praise. In addition, the trainers adapt exercises based on personal needs. The music is great and the gym is spotless and smells nice. I thought i would only commit to 3x per week but i ended up happily attending 6 classes per week. I feel my body strengthen, my posture more erect, and after sitting for long periods i can walk without feeling achy. If you’re still deciding- STOP.! Look NO MORE! Give SHE ROCKS! a chance. This place is the best kept secret for health in ALL of OC!

I love working out here I’m so happy Michael and Anna are so attentive always watching and making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly and modifying if necessary so I don’t get hurt and can get the full benefits. I began attending classes at SheRocks because my gym I had been going to for 5 years closed its doors forever. I have to say that the workouts here are amazing. From the owner, to the welcoming community of women, to the adorable Laberdoodle who greats you at the front door- everything about this place is inviting, inspiring and motivating! 6 months and I am SO strong! Michael is dedicated to every single person at SheRocks! I feel like I'm getting personal training! I started going there because I had placed a bid on two weeks at his gym and wanted to try something (anything!) out because I was out of shape and always have been (our kids go to the same school and this is one of MANY things he does to give back to the community). I didn't win, but he offered for me to come in anyway! I am NOT your traditional gym person. In fact, when I stepped in there.. I thought.. I don't do this. This is not for me. He (and all the amazing and STRONG ladies) made me feel so comfortable and everyone was so encouraging.. it's no wonder I've now been there since June (it's now December). I love being strong and I love how I feel. It is a true community at SheRocks -- supportive, fun, and such a great workout in 35 minutes. If I can do it -- you can!

I started working out at She Rocks in Jan. 2022. I was nervous and intimidated at first, but I was really looking for fun workouts that were high intensity for a short period of time, to make it doable for my schedule. It is pretty intense in the beginning, but now a few months later, I will say I feel stronger, more flexible and my stamina is increasing. Michael and Anne are both great personal trainers that show you proper form and give you encouragement to keep you working out through the cycles of training. I am someone that has injuries (back, hip, and other old injuries), so they work with me on modifying the workouts so it's doable for me. FOR anyone looking for a change, a GREAT all over body workout, I would HIGHLY suggest you give this a chance and come in and do a circuit training class. Do not be intimidated, even if you have old injuries (back, ankles, etc...) or limitations they will work with you. It's been a few months for me now and it was JUST what I was looking for :)!!!

What I love about She Rocks Fitness is that the Trainers will help you and modify workouts to YOUR ability. There is no pressure as to how you need to the workouts. These workouts are no more than 30 to 35 mins but they are intense enough that when you feel you just can't anymore the class is done. The trainers are so caring and understanding and Michael the owner and trainer has a heart of gold. I am so pleased and most definitely happy I am part of this fitness center for woman. Even though it’s ONLY a 35 min workout, it’s an INTENSE 35 minutes! You definitely make EVERY. SINGLE. MINUTE. COUNT! I love how patient the staff is and how encouraging they are too. They don’t push you to the max. If you gotta take a breather, they won’t make you feel bad about it. They politely correct you if your movements are wrong. Excellent service and excellent trainers. It’s my first time here and I already love it. Sad this is that I wish I knew this place sooner !

SHE ROCKS FITNESS is this place, I get a great workout but if something is too hard for then Michael will show me another way of doing it until I am stronger enough to do it.
The ladies that go there are super nice and will show you the ropes.

Joining She Rocks was the best decision I made in 2017! My new found fitness, energy, and strength benefits not only me but my whole family as well. My husband is definitely happy with my results!!! My kids and I have pull up contests in the backyard and I win!!! Before She Rocks I was in a mental slump and I was thick and flabby...it was gross. Now, after 9 months of working out 5 days a week, I'm lean and toned. My constant low back aches are gone and I feel great. It was a struggle for the first few weeks, but I pushed through the soreness and kept going. Now I actually look forward to working out every morning at 8:15am and I'm bummed when I have to miss a class. Michael and Anne are super motivating and loving trainers. You should try She Rocks, you have nothing to loose but pounds, inches, and crappy self-esteem.

You never know whats coming day to day...all with great benefit designed for a woman's body. And it COMPLETELY changes every month! It's 35 minutes of fun, high energy cross training coupled with some really good pilates or yoga type toning and stretching. All over great training to enhance the woman's figure and flexility!! Into my 4th year...and I will NEVER quit doing this amazing workout! And the best part...no need for beginner or advanced classes...small groups can be at different levels and work out to their personal ability (even post injury, like me!). All in all, the most reasonably priced personal trainer I have ever had...and simply THE BEST! Michael Sperling, your concept is genius!!!!!

I Love She Rocks! I am one of the longest term clients. I have been relying on Michael to keep me in shape for more than 8 years. I'm never bored or tired of the routine even after all these years, because it's always a surprise what group of exercises we are doing that day. I'm driving from the Corona Del Mar side of Newport Beach, but it's worth it. The time it takes for me door to door to She Rocks is about the same time it takes to go to an hour class at a local gym, and I'm getting a much better workout. What I love the most is the small corrections he makes as I do the exercises which ensures I am getting the full benefits and not hurting myself. I'm 57 years old and many people say I look much younger. I give credit and thanks to Michael and Anne at She Rocks.
