Personal training at its best! Owner and expert Elliott keeps me motivated, strong and injury free! I highly recommend one on one sessions at Shred to achieve physical fitness goals. Extra bonus Pilates instructor and equipment in house.

Elliott Edwards has been my personal trainer and now good friend for 12 years. I’m so happy to see him at his very own facility — SHRED— which is a clean, spacious, and high quality equipped gym. I believe that SHRED and Elliott will be able to meet any hard working/ dedicated individual’s personal training goals because I have seen results in my own life. Over the last 12 years I have followed Elliott from different gyms and we have worked out in small spaces like garages and sometimes without much equipment but he always had just what he needed to get me the results I wanted. I cannot say enough about the kind of professionalism he has as a personal trainer, and I know that his clientele sticks around for years. On another level, however, Elliott has got to be one of the most wonderful individuals I know on a personal level as well. I’m very lucky to call him a dear friend today and no longer consider training just a workout.

The owner of Shred Training, Elliott, is the best professional trainer I’ve worked with. He gives challenging circuits and push me beyond my limits. He modifies workouts for my back pain and i still get the same result. Highly recommend!

Great, clean facility! Elliot is also amazing and tailors all the workouts specifically to you as an individual- no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
