I’ve been training with Sid for about eight years. When I first started, I had poor mobility and little muscle tone. Since then, I’ve gained significant strength and gotten shredded, all under Sid’s guidance. He’s not only designed my nutrition plan but also programmed workouts for the days we don’t train together. Sid has an uncanny ability to assess your form and instantly know which stretch or adjustment will improve your movement. He also has the drive and energy to keep me motivated—especially on the days I’m not feeling it on my own.

I started training with Sid because my husband started training with him a few months ago. We both like to golf and I’ve noticed that his swing is getting better. I started working out to also improve my golf game. I’m also newly pregnant and wanted to be proactive with staying healthy. I was nervous to workout with weights because I've been out of the gym for a long time, and I have a bunch of physical impediments. Sid not only worked around those issues but made it a point to find areas that I could reasonably strengthen like my hips and knees to make things easier for me overall.

What I have really appreciated about Sid is that he has a great attitude and brings a sense of humor that makes our workouts fun and engaging. He's been great with motivating to reach my goals.

Overall he has been very helpful and the workouts have been great so far!

I have been training with Sid for probably a little less than 3 years. I can honestly say I've never had a bad day at the gym and have never felt sorry that I just dragged my self in there no matter how I felt. Sidi is really good at adjusting the workout so it's not a grind.

My main goal is to improve my golf game. I wasn’t looking to bulk up crazy, just to get stronger and more mobile for a better swing. My workouts with Sid are focused on mobility and strength with a lot of hip and core exercises. It’s only been a few months and I’ve already noticed a difference when I play an 18. Hit a new personal record of 89 (down from 98)! Didn’t realize how much I needed the weight training for golf but I can’t thank Sid enough!

I've worked with a handful of personal trainers in the past and Sid is top notch. I gave myself 11 weeks to tighten up my fitness routine before my wedding. He worked with my goals and set realistic expectations, provided personalized meal plans and at-home workout routines.

Goals were: Shed body fat. Grow glutes and strengthen core and arms.

What I appreciated most was his hands on approach with making sure my posture and form were correct with each set. He was able to tell that I could use heavier weights during certain exercises. He answered all of my questions and concerns professionally. Even fixed my insane muscle kink when I slept on my neck weird.

Results: Lost 3.5lbs of body fat and overall body feels tighter. Waist of my pants are loose! Glutes lifted and filled out.

I have been training with Sid for almost 3 years and I have never been in better shape in my life. Sid is a kind, patient, and effective motivator and an extremely knowledgeable trainer who guides me through every movement and every workout. Every question I might have, whether it pertains to proper form or to macros and nutrition, he has all the answers. Over the years, I've been involved in some accidents that resulted in physical injuries, and Sid worked with me directly to help me recover my strength, mobility, and range of motion. He is adaptable and always works with my schedule and availability. He is always understanding of when I am experiencing external factors that may be affecting my performance in the gym, whether it's stress from work, a personal/family issue, some other mental health issue, or if I had just not been eating well that week - he offers support where he can, is never pushy, and is never judgmental. Then, he is there when I'm ready to get back on the saddle. With Sid's training and guidance, I have lost 40 lbs of fat, gained noticeable muscle mass and definition, and more importantly, I've developed healthy habits that I will be using for the rest of my life. At 36, I feel fitter, stronger, and more flexible than I ever did in my 20's. I can’t thank Sid enough for helping me correct my squat and deadlift form. I thought I was doing them correctly but actually there were some improvements to be made. I didnt realize I needed to stretch more. He really makes sure I’m doing every exercise right. He explains it very well for me to understand and improve. I’ve been with Sid since the beginning of 2024 and it’s been a great experience. Every session he always focus on form and makes sure I’m doing it right. Took me almost 2 months to squat with a barbell correctly. He pointed out my lack of hip mobility and gave me a lot of stretches that helped. Highly recommend training with him!

I’ve never been stronger and I’m actively working towards building a booty with deadlifts and squats! Sid really is the best personal trainer. Before training with Sid, I was at my heaviest weight. I used to go to the gym but stopped going because I felt discouraged, and I wanted to make a change. He cares about his clients and puts in the effort to make sure my form is correct with every exercise. The workouts are tough, but it's because he knows that I can do it.

Sid has been my personal trainer for the past 1.5 years and I can't say enough great things about my experience. I initially came to Sid because I was having knee problems and also wanted to build strength. He designed a workout plan specific to my goals and does a great job pushing me to continually build flexibility, agility, and strength.
