The Siempre Fit Cross Training Program focuses on three different training skills such as: Active stretching/Mobility, Strength and conditioning, and Cardio/HIIT work out. In addition, we use functional equipment during our strength section, and we also incorporate barbell training. Our objective in Siempre Fit Cross Training is to promote a friendly and save work out environment. We want you to enjoy the process.

I decided to try Siempre Fit Cross Training 1 1/2 years ago based on the recommendation from my friend and I am so glad I did. Rudy and Rachel lead the work-outs, encouraging and providing feed back for good form. The workouts always include mobility (stretching), strength training and cardio (this can include running hills). The classes are small and for all fitness levels, the vibe is always motivating and uplifting. The equipment is super nice and also includes TRX's. Since I joined this gym, I have become much stronger and flexible. I look forward to working out at Siempre Fit because I know I will be challenged and have fun every time I go. Thank you Rudy and Rachel for helping me with my fitness goals!

I've been training with Rudy for years now and wouldn't trust anyone else for challenging yet fun workouts.
First of all, Rudy is knowledgeable and caring. He will always make sure he corrects you if you don't do the movement the right way, making sure you reach your fitness goal without ever getting injured.
His area of expertise is strength conditioning, which helps you gain muscle, strength and flexibility.
The place is clean and packed with equipment (!!!), making sure you'll always have the weights you need and new challenges on every workout sessions.
Finally, Rudy is simply the kindest coach, the kind of person who will remember your favorite workout song from 7 years ago and play it for your birthday...

I am a high school waterpolo athlete, I play year around and Rudy has been a huge part of my growth in the sport and has helped my performance. Training with Rudy one on one has helped me get a better understanding of body mechanics, the importance of stretching and how as an athlete I need to be taking care of myself. I plan on going forward and play waterpolo in collage and I'm thankful Rudy is helping me go through that journey.

Siempre Fit is great. The classes are always challenging but fun. They can be adjusted for all fitness levels and no two classes are the same so you never get bored. Rudy and Rachel do an excellent job of training us. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of exercise and fitness.They both are very nice, always willing to answer any questions and always have words of encouragement to motivate you. I have been coming to this gym for almost 2 years because of the quality of classes and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Siempre Fit Cross Training. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve trained with Rudy for over six years and was excited when he opened his own gym. This gym community is warm and welcoming for folks of all fitness levels and a range of goals—small classes, lots of individual training attention, and positive affirmation and encouragement keeps me coming back. This gym provides great workouts in a small group setting, which is wonderful as the instructors are able to provide feedback to make sure you are doing the movements correctly and safely. Give Siempre Fit a try, it’s a place for everyone !

This gym is the best! Friendly community and the workouts are great! The instructors really know what they are doing. I’ve been training with Rudy since 2016 and he has helped me stay strong and injury free as a middle aged runner. This gym is the best kept secret in Santa Cruz!

If you’re looking for small group training that has a family feel with super knowledgeable trainers then you absolutely have to check siempre Fit. All levels of members are welcomed from beginners and so on. I started training with siempre in preparation for my wedding but was so hooked on how fun the classes are that I keep coming back. I’ve even had family, friends join the gym. Best part of all is that it’s not your traditional stuffy boring gym classes and you can go at your own pace plus you choose how much you want to challenge yourself.

Love this gym❣️The trainers are amazing and offer lots of support & encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are challenging but rewarding and produce great results if you commit to it! A good mix of strength training, cardio, functional fitness & mobility (stretching). The community they have built at Siempre Fit is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. At Siempre Fit Cross Training you get the attention of one on one training but in a small group environment where everyone is supportive and friendly. The trainers are amazing and don't just show you the movements but really help you understand how to move your body in a way that makes you feel progress and improvement without hurting yourself.
