Practical, no nonsense training, exactly what I needed. I love the 3xwk group training I get with Chris each week and the sessions are amazing! He keeps my body guessing which keeps progress going. i think that is what sets him apart from the rest of the personal trainers i’ve worked with. I decided to choose Sierra Strength because of the personal service and the immediate β€œclick” I had with my Chris! I feel comfortable and I have alot of fun! I have lost inches around my waist and my clothes fit looser now.

I also notice I have more stamina throughout the day. I’m more energized for life now that I changed my eating habits. I definitely have a more positive attitude and It has affected my friends and family- as they are working out and changing their diets too...

I have been training at Sierra Strength for more than a year and I look forward to each session as it just energizes me for the rest of my day! Chris has really helped me change my lifestyle and been a constant source of motivation.

One thing I can say for sure is that it makes a difference of day and night to go from doing my own work out at a gym vs working with a personal trainer. I have not pushed myself more in all the years I worked out by myself at other gyms as I have working out with Chris, and I have never felt this good before either.

Intelligent, no bullshit certified trainer. Sees past junk fads such as overly spreading meals and pre-bedtime shakes. Prioritizes work schedules based on what matters - Intensity, frequency and volume - instead of what fitness magazines lie to you about.

Expert nutritionist and humble, the latter being the most important trait to have in this field, in my opinion.

If you want results and not excuses, look no further.
