Took a Calisthenics class with Brianne and loved the class!

The instructor and classmates were super nice. The class size was small. The instructor corrected our forms for every exercise. The class was a little challenging but it felt so good!

I had my first private session with Stacey today and she is AMAZING! I am pregnant so I have not been working out and have been kind of scared to get back into. However, her expertise in Pilates and explaining everything pre and postnatal is impressive. I cannot wait for my next session! I highly recommend Stacey and the Pilates gym in general!

I just completed three private sessions with Gabby and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She has a background in nursing and physical therapy, just the skill set I need to help me unfreeze my couch-potato body and recover my flexibility and strength. There is nothing like a workout on a Pilates reformer apparatus to feel alive - Gabby knows how to make me feel wonderfully energized after each session, not sore and damaged.
