I have personally trained with RJ for over 4 years. We have trained outside under the blue sky, in a garage and in a gym. He has been training for a very long time, he is versatile, experienced, knowledgable, detailed orientated and transparent with his clients. He comes prepared for his training and is flexible with the workouts on the spot. Condition training takes discipline, it takes hard work to push through the mental blocks and with a coach like RJ it makes it all that much easier. My son and my husband have also trained with RJ and enjoyed his training. I look forward to our training as I know he serves from a place of passion and service.

I’ve been working with Coach RJ for about six months, and it’s been amazing. I’ve lost around 30 pounds, have way more energy, and feel so much more confident. He’s taught me so much about my body, health, and nutrition, and actually cares about your progress. RJ takes the time to explain things and make sure you don’t get overwhelmed, unlike most gym coaches who just treat you like another number. He truly wants you to succeed and it shows in everything he does. I can’t recommend him enough!
