About the Club

SkulptLab Fitness was created to deliver a cutting edge Luxury Personal Training to our exclusive clientele in a state of the art facility.

My mission is not only to improve the physical health of my clients but also to improve the psychological health through exercise and nutrition. Being in the fitness/wellness and health industry for over 23 years, I have helped an unbelievable amount of people get in shape, prevent diabetes and improve people's overall health. One particular client who's been with me from day 1 is Anna. To this day she's still with me. That alone should speak volume of how I am as a Fitness And Health Coach
My number one goal is to eliminate the pain you're experiencing. Create a plan and work on it to attain it.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Richard for two decades. Confidently, I have been working out with him consistently since 2006. Richard has a keen understanding of each individual client he works with and what their personal goals are. He listens to his clients and keep an open line of communication with them. His work outs are tailored to the individual, cognesant of their strengths and weaknesses. Richard balances out the body; he also assists with a person’s nutrition and helps formulate the perfect program to attain goals and achieve success, without injury nor frustration.

I entrust Richard and will continue to defer to him for as long as he will be in the fitness industry.

My husband Dennis and I have been clients of Richard Cordero sine 2004.
Richard has been very creative at working around our busy schedules and infirmities.

Dennis marvels at Richards ingenuity at presenting new exercises and challenging workouts.

At 68 I exercise for mobility, strength, stability and to keep my weight at an an acceptable number.

Richard continuously investigates current medical studies and we adapt these recommendations to our food plan.

When I began working with Richard I was under doctors care for Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. For more than a decade I was monitored monthly and on a medical regime which included regular Remicaid infusions.

At present I am in remission from both Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis and am off of all medications, and a shock to my doctors.

Had someone told me 7 weeks ago that I would be able to stand on my feet for 15 hours in a row without collapsing I would have laughed in their face. Well I did it last Saturday. It's all thanks to Richard Cordero's guidance and encouragement and of course my hard work. He is an amazing trainer! Thank you Richard for pushing me just hard enough. I have been training with Richard for a month and a half and I feel so much stronger my body shape is improving as are my posture and balance. Unlike the other reviewer's, I don't always enjoy working out but I had to for health reasons. Richard was highly recommended to me six years ago and from the start I told him I needed a lot of encouragement. Richard is educated and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is great at listening to my concerns and developed a customized program exclusively for me which addressed my health issues yet kept each workout interesting and motivating. I felt strong and sexier after each session. Richard would modified each workout slightly and I started utilizing muscles that I didn't even know I had. It has been a fun journey with Richard!
