I've been going to SL8 for over a year and love it, especially the classes. There are fantastic teachers doing many styles of workout. It's a great place to meet other ladies, too. Fun workouts, great people - definitely a win-win!

Sl8 Fitness & Nutrition is absolutely amazing! Best gym around! I've been a member of the Woodland location since Fall 2022 and it's the best decision I've ever made for my health. After years of various issues at the big corporate gyms, a friend told me about Sl8 and I gave it a try! Best decision ever and I've been a regular goer since! The owners Marilyn and Tyler are fabulous! I train and do nutrition with Marilyn. I also go to her Intro to Weight Lifting class weekly. I recently started Tyler's Ultimate Conditioning class and boy does it challenge me, but it is awesome! This gym is like a supportive family and home away from home!

Couldn't be happier with the new management and ownership absolutely call this my second home it is my only luxury as a single mama and I am welcomed very immensely and happy every single time and I could not give a better review and if I could the numbers would not stop climbing open family oriented I am starting to call the owner Mama due to the fact that she just reminds me of that warm inviting feeling so and I could not be happier with the staff as well I am smiling and grinning as I'm giving this because I am also recognized and I find this just too cute and too funny and just it it has me little choked up right now and I'm called the OG of the place and as Corny as that may sound it is completely adoring and I couldn't be happier

This place is amazing. Mostly women can come here and there are lots of good equipment. The people there are really friendly and care about out well being. And they make sure we get whatever we are needed. They are open through covid. This place has given me lots of motivation and make me feel good about myself and the owners here are personal trainers and they help with fixing form and how to work the machines. I really recommend coming here.
