Update: After meeting the owner, Terry, I realize that I may have just had bad timing with my calls/appearances. After making an appointment (make sure you do!), I was able to speak with Terry, clear everything up and try the gym out. It’s very clean, safe, and convenient. I appreciate the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the gym. I am glad I didn’t give up on trying Snap fitness out because it is probably the best gym in Gilroy.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week here. Today, I was let in to the gym, then I asked to see if there was any employees I could speak to. A member told me the owner comes in at random times and called the owner. I offered to pay for a day pass and the owner laughed on the phone with the member at my being there and they told me to leave my name and number and to leave.. Very unprofessional and rude.
I just moved to the area and this is the closest gym to my house. I’m honestly really disappointed as it seems like there isn’t really a structured set of employees hours for new people or an allowance for trying out the gym.
If you’re new or looking to try out the gym, good luck. Hopefully your schedule is flexible to when they decide to be there. I would consider 3pm on a saturday normal employee hours for any gym.

Snap fitness is a great gym, but good luck canceling your membership if you move. They made it impossible for me to cancel (calling, emailing, going in person). I tried to cancel for months. So I let my card expire. Now 4 years later I get daily calls from a debt collector. Gym memberships are a scam, you guys are crooks.

Came to this gym to inquire about a membership, nobody was there. Called to make an appointment, when I showed up with my wife nobody was there. We waited for 15 minutes, called twice and left a voicemail, nobody met us. Then the employee called us back when we got home, and left a rude voice mail claiming he was there "waiting for us" and we should have knocked on the door. If you were there why didn't you answer the phone or check to see if your appointment had arrived at the time you agreed on? There is no way to enter the facility without a card, we were waiting right outside the front door. Extremely poor customer service, will be taking our business elsewhere.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Downside parking is difficult if you go during business park hours. Youll have to park near Union or all the way down the parking lot. I usually go in the early AM or super late PM.

I love this place. The gym is always open I don't have to worry about getting there by a certain time. The manager Chris is so helpful and willing to help me meet my fitness goals. They have the best equipment with clean air to breath. Never smelly or musty like some places I have been to. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!
