Working with Coach Tina has been an incredible experience. Since joining her training sessions, I’ve noticed major improvements in both my strength and flexibility. I’ve lost weight, built noticeable muscle, and feel much stronger overall. Chris communicates clearly and succinctly, which I love. He gave me some simple solid ideas like doing bicep curls sitting down at a slight angle to get a full extension and easier isolation. I do this curl workout all the time now. With him I feel confident to try workouts I know can be a little risky like deadlifts. His step by step instructions had me feeling secure and supported with no straining as he guided me through my first deadlifts ever.

Joining this gym was honestly one of the best decisions I've made for my health--and training with Wilson has been a total game changer. When I first started, I was struggling with nagging aches and pains that always made me nervous to push myself. Wilson immediately took the time to understand what was going on with my body and built a plan that helped me get back in working order, and get stronger, all without hurting myself. I was very impressed with the process!!
Thanks to his guidance and support, I've lost over 20 pounds so far and I feel better than I have in years. I actually look forward to our sessions because they're never boring and he always knows when to push me and when to dial things back. He's super knowledgeable, but also just an awesome, down-to-earth person who makes the gym feel welcoming. I can' t recommend his training enough.
If you're like me and want to see real progress, then I 100% recommend asking for Wilson. He really cares, is passionate about his craft and is very VERY experienced at training.

I can’t recommend this gym enough—especially if you’re lucky enough to train with Chris. From day one, he made me feel seen, supported, and challenged in the best possible way. His workouts are always well thought out and tailored to where you’re at, but he doesn’t let you slack either. He has that perfect balance of being motivating without being pushy, and he actually listens to your goals and adjusts accordingly.
I came in struggling with consistency and unsure of how to get back on track. Chris not only helped me rebuild my strength and stamina, but he also taught me better form, smarter programming, and even gave tips on recovery and nutrition. He tracks progress, celebrates small wins, and somehow remembers every detail from week to week—makes it feel like you’re more than just a time slot on a schedule.
The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a good mix of people, but honestly, Chris is the reason I keep showing up. If you’re serious about getting stronger, feeling better, or just want someone who genuinely cares about your progress, ask for Chris. You won’t regret it.

This place has been such an amazing place and the beginning of a new lifelong way of living. I sought out personal training after attempting to workout from home and realizing I needed accountability. After some research, I came across SoFit SoCal - I got paired up with Tina and I've never been happier! I look forward to the days I have in person sessions, and know that the days I don't, Tina is available for questions and advice. (She also guarantees extra bonus core workouts from laughing and smiling through each session.) I've never been so excited to workout each day and it's even made tracking nutrition something I don't mind doing. I'm being pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of (physically and mentally) and have even been introduced to boxing! The entire place is always super clean and all the trainers are super welcoming. I was skeptical at first but have zero regrets - 10/10 highly recommend :)

I started coming here in February just to try it out for a few sessions. I’ve never belonged to a gym before and I was a little nervous about the atmosphere. It’s been great since the first session! Atmosphere is calm and organized and generally not too crowded. Victor Shi has been an amazing trainer! I highly recommend him. He keeps workouts moving and constantly changes up the routine, while always slowing down to explain the basics. I feel super comfortable coming here. The workouts are meaningful and I can feel a difference. Definitely 5 stars for Victor!

I started coming to SoFit SoCal a few months ago. I thought I would try a few sessions to get a few tips so I work out on my own. I got connected with trainer Victor Shi. He is FANTASTIC!!! I tried online personal training before and doing workouts on Apple Fitness but having someone there to show you proper form makes a significant difference. Victor also utilizes every second of our workout time with a rotation of different exercises. He's super encouraging and gives exercises to do between sessions. I thought personal training long term would be out of my budget but Tommy really works with you on a flexible payment schedule. Since it's all personal training, the gym is never overly crowded and I've seen a variety of people - from beginners like me to people who are clearly far along on their gym journey. I've seen a significant difference in my strength, stamina, muscle build and flexibility. I highly recommend SoFit SoCal and particularly Victor!!!

I started going to SoFit SoCal because I hadn't worked out in a while and was also prone to injuring myself when I did.
I was a bit intimidated at first by idea of personal training, but everyone at SoFit SoCal has been very welcoming and nice! Working with Coach Wilson, I've learned how to lift with proper form, how to respond when I do injure myself, and also how to track my food and eat with a flexible diet that allows me to still look forward to meals and enjoy them. Six months ago, I thought it would be a hassle to track what I eat or workout consistently but Coach Wilson has made the whole process very approachable and east to digest!
I'm really happy with the progress I've made and have thought of this as one of the best investments I've made for myself. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants the extra personal help with their fitness journey!

Since my major medical scare and surgeries in 2021. I lost all upper body strength and had limited arm movements. Fast forward to 2024, trying to get back into shape was not working on my own as I was afraid of injuring myself. Through a recommendation I came to sofit socal. All the trainers are nice and helpful.
Wilson is my trainer and came recommended by my HS friends. Wilson is always patient with me and adjust workouts as needed to safely push me to my fitness goals. Although i think sometimes he enjoys increasing those weights… lol. Also i like how you are not treated like a number here and the trainers are personable and keep check ins with you to ensure you stay on track in session and off.
Today I have better upper body mobility and more progress than i would of if i trained on my own. I still have a long way to go. I admit i do have a bad eating habits that Wilson does like to get on me about lol. I appreciate it but i love food and know if i want to get to my desire weight i need to get that in check lol

I’m 44 years old, a business owner, and about 40 lbs. overweight. I’ve been a client at SoFit SoCal in Arcadia for 8 months. I go to 1 hr. sessions 3/week. Wilson is my coach and he’s awesome! He’s attentive, hands on, super positive/motivating, customizes my routines (around chronic injuries, bad/good days, etc.), keeps pushing me to new heights, and he’s incredibly friendly. Tommy is also a great guy. I once made a suggestion about how to improve the gym experience and the next time I came in, it was there. I’m a morning person, so in most cases, Wilson and I have the gym to ourselves or maybe there’s one other person and their coach there. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you could need. Like anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. I’ve lost 20 lbs. thus far and am much stronger than I was. They are also helping me with nutrition, flexibility, balance, and stress management. I have a ways to go, but I’m enjoying the journey thanks to SoFit SoCal Arcadia. Thanks Wilson and Tommy!

When I was looking for a gym last year, I wasn't sure what I wanted from working out. I reached out to SoFit and was surprised with Coach Tommy contacted me right away even though it was like 11pm at night! Coach Tommy set up my consult and hooked me up with Coach Wilson to start my workout journey.
Coach Wilsonbis awesome and has had a great attitude from day one. He deals with all my complaining at 6am, talks anime, baseketball and life with me and puts together comprehensive workouts that have movements I like, movements I need and movements I despise (because squats are evil). Progress has been made and I am for sure stronger than I was last year. Coach Wilson listens and adapts when I state something isn't working out. We are a team and we are working on getting me stronger and healthier. I'm glad I decided to go with Sofit and look forward to more progress! (And less squats, Wilson. LESS SQUATS!)

It’s been concerning me for years about how to gain my weight cus no one would want to look pale and unhealthy. I was recommended by my friend to this gym and would just want to give it a try. But it turned out great since my trainer put great effort in helping me set up new food plan and work with him routinely to steadily gain pound by pound. 10ish lbs has been solidly increased(and they are muscles) in the past 8 months and I’ve look healthier , stronger and more confident . I wanted to start a new weight loss journey but didn't know how to. I decided to go with this gym and it has changed me drastically. I've learned so much about the body and how to eat right as well as increase my knowledge of working out. I usually lose motivation to go to the gym after around 2-3 weeks but after going here and having the support of the trainers I have been able to consistently been going for 3~ months as well as going to the gym outside of the personal training.
I've had the privilege of working with David as my personal trainer, and I can confidently say that he is truly exceptional at what he does. When I first started my fitness journey, I was completely clueless and honestly, I sucked at doing gym stuff. However, thanks to David's expertise and guidance, I've come a long way.
One of David's standout qualities is his patience. He never made me feel self-conscious about my lack of knowledge or my initial struggles in the gym. Instead, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure that I felt comfortable and confident in each exercise. His willingness to answer all my questions with no hesitation was a game-changer for me. I never felt like I was bothering him, and his explanations were always clear and easy to understand.

My husband and I have been going to SoFit Personal Training for about 4 months now. And while that doesn’t seem like a very long time, we have both definitely experienced significant improvement in our energy levels, physical strength, and flexibility. Our personal trainer, Coach Tina, crafted a very personalized exercise program for us, where she is mindful of my ongoing knee pain and my husband’s frozen shoulder. There are days when she pushes us (in a good way) to work harder and go just beyond what we think we can do while there are other days when she has us slow down and focus more on mobility and stretching. She also makes sure we always have the proper form and she routinely checks in with us to see how we’re doing on days we don’t see her. I am really happy that we found SoFit Personal Training and plan to be regulars for as long as they’re willing to have us.

I’ve been trying to lose weight and to get stronger for a long time. Finally, I took action by singing up with a SofitSocal personal trainer. Tina is my personal trainer. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She assessed my needs and designed a program to fit my needs. She pushes me, at each session, to just the right amount to help me improve each time. If I only work out by myself, I would probably end up in the same situation like always—and give up easily. However, after our sessions, I always feel very energetic and so so glad I made the decision to reach my goal to look strong and healthy.

A long overdue review. I worked with Ethan and Tommy around March and April of 2022 and they were great at helping me get restarted. I had good improvements in leg and back strength and could feel extra energy throughout the weeks. I had met Tommy years before at a commercial gym, and he had been kind enough to help with strength and mobility training. He also knows about how to deal with soreness and injury prone areas. I reached out to Tommy in late August after months of trying to reach my fitness goals on my own and not getting my desired results. I told him my goals and he paired me with Wilson who specializes in what I was trying to achieve fitness wise. Build muscle, get stronger and burn body fat. Since early September I have lost roughly 5% body fat. I have also gotten stronger each week and slowly I am seeing my body fat continue to drop as we go week to week. The attention to detail from Wilson while I work out from always checking my form to tracking my stats while I lift is crucial. He actually cares and is invested in my results. He tracks all my stats in real time so it’s always being customized as we move through the workout plans and different phases. I’m still building my dream body but so far the experience and work is all trending in the right direction. Definitely worth the investment (it’s your health and body after all and you only get one!) and they have really made it easy to allow me to enjoy the journey!

When I went to look for a trainer, I found SoFit SoCal online. I decided to try them out and did a free consultation with the trainer Ethan. I was a little skeptical about reaching my goals but Ethan put together a plan for me when we met. He showed me what I needed to do for nutrition, exercise, and accountability. Not only that but the plan was something that is sustainable, not a 30day challenge or a quick fix. After the consultation I signed up and am so glad I did. Since then, I have reached my goal weight, never gotten bored, and stayed motivated. Ethan has been super nice, patient and just fun to work with. I definitely recommend the SoFit SoCal gym.

The trainers here are exceptional at building a personalized workout plan to help you grow regardless of your skill level in the gym. My workouts are geared to my personal well-being, which including nutrition advise, mentally support as well as physical training. Coach Tommy sincerely cares and makes sure my form is on point, so I won’t hurt myself. He takes a personal interest with all his clients. I have gone to several boot camp and personal training workout places before, and I have never received the personal attention that I received with Coach Tommy& this attention is during full class. He even checked on me on the daily basis and share with me his meditation daily to guide me through my stress phase. I am super grateful to Tommy’s expertise and spirit. I was a little intimidated jumping back in with a trainer after Covid. I'd gotten results with my last trainer but has sprained muscles and been immobilized with pain way too many times to count. It had also been over a year since I worked out, and I was WAY out of shape. But I took a chance, and I'm so glad I did.
Tommy trains with compassion and is so knowledgeable. He meets you where you're out and watches like a hawk. I can say, for the first time, that I haven't injured, sprained, or pulled anything while working with him. He makes sure that my form is correct and I'm activating the muscles I'm supposed to. What's more, he focuses not just on physical, but mental wellness. I feel that with him, he truly cares about me getting healthy. Tommy has surpassed my expectations, he's taught me a lot, and I will continue to work with him in the future to achieve my goals.

As someone that has a number of obstacles to overcome (weak ankles, bad knees and anxiety to name a few), working with Tommy has been an amazing experience. He is not only helping work towards reaching my fitness/weight-loss goals, I have noticed an improvement in my mental health as well through his wellness exercises (affirmations, gratitude etc). Tommy is attentive, kind and makes each session a great one. He pushes me towards improvement in just the right amount without seeming overbearing or intimidating. Working with Coach Tommy has been an amazing experience ( speaking for someone who hates exercise wholeheartedly).
I have years of muscle amnesia/damage (especially in my glutes) for not being very active and sitting in very bad positions but Coach Tommy has been very patient -and Lord knows I need lots of that - in helping me starting to feel those muscles again. He is definitely very passionate about helping people get in shape and never gives up until he can figure out what’s going on and find a way to help you improve. He shows a lot of empathy but still knows how to push you to do better.
If you have some level of scientific curiosity like me, you will also enjoy the fact that Tommy is very analytical and knowledgeable, always willing to explain the science behind what's going on or what he is recommending you do, which helps a lot.
Finally, one of the reasons I have been putting off exercise in my wellness journey is that I usually feel very intimidated around fitness trainers, exercise is really one of those things I am really not good at but Coach Tommy has made me very comfortable and now I have assurance I can take on and pursue this wellness journey.

I've been working out with Tommy for almost two years now and recommend him to anyone, from performance athletes looking for a competitive edge to retirees looking to maintain some flexibility and muscle mass. I'm solidly in the middle of that range...I was an athlete when I was a kid, and when I met Tommy ten years later I was trying to get back in shape. We set some goals--including lose 25 pounds--and got to work, and about 6 months later that 25 pounds was gone. Now we keep adding more and more weight to the bar, and somehow I keep putting it up. Tommy is also great about providing support for health-related activities away from the gym, and has me logging my food, counting my steps, meditating, etc. Now every time I see someone I haven't seen in a while, they tell me how great I look! It's a great ego boost, if nothing else :) And besides being an award-winning body builder and an exceptionally knowledgeable trainer, Tommy is a super nice guy! Tommy is amazing! I have to admit I was a tough sell at first. I didn't think personal training was worth the money but I was so wrong. It's all about finding the right trainer! Tommy believes in total health. He has great advise on training you body and your mind. Nutrition, meditation and physical training working in a balance together. Tommy is never distracted when he is training me. I get 100% of his focus and attention. I am confident that he will get the best out of me and he would never push me to hard or allow me to get injured but he expects me to work. Even if I am not telling him when something is sore or hurting, he can see it. He watches every little thing and is always focused on proper form. He is a great listener and gives me amazing support physically and mentally. I feel very fortunate to have found him!

Working with Tommy is the best decision I made for myself. Almost 2-1/2 years ago, the only thing I did was lay in bed, eat fast food and avoid moving at all due to knee pain and general laziness. Always there to answer questions or just listen to frustrations and doubt, he taught me how to eat the right way, hold myself accountable and so much more beyond the fitness and strength part of it. My progress pictures kinda speak for themselves. Truly a life-changing experience.

I’ve been working with Tommy for more than two months now and have been really enjoying the experience. Tommy will train you hard but also take the time to get to know you which is huge in my book. While he comes with the standard knowledge of how to build a great workout plan for you, he adds to that with really specific knowledge about muscle movement, which for a analytical guy like me is gold. I see myself sticking with Tommy for a good while.

Tommy's the best trainer I've ever worked with! He clearly knows his trade backwards and forwards and gives really great advice on both diet and exercise. He also offers guidance on the mental aspects of fitness such as meditation and gratitude. He is so positive and is such a lovely, friendly person that he makes exercise something to look forward to!
