We offer 1 on 1 personalized training and partner training (2-3) people together. Our mission is to get you the best results possible and help make a lifestyle change that’ll stick with you forever. All of our training sessions take place at our private gym which is only available to clients and trainer specifically. Another option would in home training, contact us for more information. Come book a session and see what we are all about!!

Steve Botsford is a great trainer. I've been working out with him for over three years. He has helped me gain strength and also provided counseling on food choices to improve my health. Steve is very knowledgeable about working around any injuries and quickly adapts my workout if any exercise is uncomfortable.
He also has a degree in kinesiology, so he knows how the muscles work. Steve is very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend Steve Botsford as a great personal trainer!
