About the Club

SoFit Glendora is here to help you with your 1on1 personal training needs. We teach 3 main areas that we have found drive our clients to success. 1. Exercise / Movement - Teaching you how to move, what weights or equipment to use, and how to build lean, tone muscle. 2. Nutrition. Teaching and helping you stay accountable to your correct portions and types of foods. We are diet agnostic. This means we dont believe there is one road to success for everyone. We like to meet you where you are at and begin small weekly changes. 3. Wellness. Simply put, we look at the possibility of adding any stress management or sleep techniques. This could range from mindfulness practices, to gratitude, to meditation practices.

We have had such a wonderful experience with the team at SoFit Glendora. Carlos did a really thorough initial evaluation with us to get a good understanding of our goals and our fitness levels so that they knew where we were and where we wanted to go, something that I really appreciated. From there, we've been working with our trainer Harly twice a week for the past 6 months and it truly was the best decision we could've made for our health and fitness.

Harly has been a champ in working with our different physical needs as my husband and I do our sessions together with her. She also has gotten me through post-surgery recovery and I give her so much credit for why my recovery was relatively quick and simple as my body had been conditioning for months prior. We have felt stronger, more comfortable in our bodies, and more aware of the ways our bodies needed to move and be worked. I personally have never loved working out and have always struggled to be consistent but having Harly as our trainer has truly made all the difference. It's taken so much of the mental work and struggle out of the picture. I'm so glad we started working with the SoFit team, and we definitely plan to continue doing so!

I was introduced to the SoFit Glendora team by my wife who has been working with Carlos for over 5 years. I have always been in great shape and in good health but felt I needed a change in my workout program. The team at SoFit Glendora created a customized advanced strength training program to challenge me. Carlos has also been great at helping with my nutrition program. I have worked with Carlos for 7 years doing lifestyle, powerlifting, and now 3 bodybuilding preps. Thanks to Carlos’ training and nutrition guidance I am in my 40s and the healthiest I have ever been. He is very attentive to form, knowledgeable in making modifications when needed, and overall makes sure I progress without injury.
In addition to his fitness knowledge he is always supportive and encouraging and has helped me achieve things I never thought possible.
Finally, thanks to his coaching, past injuries and physical issues I thought I'd be dealing with for the rest of my life have improved and I am no longer dealing with constant pain. I highly recommend him no matter what your goals.

I highly recommend SoFit. Working with the owner Carlos and his staff has been absolutely amazing. My goals were to tone but also help my posture. I sit a lot for work and have a new born. After not doing much exercise for a few years I was hesitant to start again. Carlos did my consultation and made sure to start me safely. Since starting I’ve got my strength up, energy up, toned up, and have overall less neck and hip pain. If you are in the area I recommend going to check out SoFit Glendora.

I recently turned 50 and was looking for a personal trainer to help with weight training as I didn't feel comfortable stepping into the gym and knowing exactly what to do, plus time is valuable. I was so fortunate that a simple google search led me to Carlos. I didn't know what to expect but after a few sessions I could see that Carlos is an expert in his field. He will help you with whatever fitness goals you have and how to achieve them. He uses a variety of routines (it's never the same), makes sure your form is correct, and also pushes me to the last set. He knows about nutrition as well and will also provide workouts to do at home if needed. If you are serious about getting fit, I would really recommend getting a personal trainer. They keep you accountable and help you stay on track. I also prefer this over an online coach because it is more personal which is what everyone needs right now!

If you’re looking for a trainer in Glendora, Carlos is your guy. He trained myself and my wife for a few months before my car accident, I am excited to start back up with him soon again once I am cleared. Carlos not only made our workouts fun but also challenging. He taught me how to keep track of my calories and how to make the right choices when it came to nutrition, all this helped me gain some muscle and lose body fat. The trainers here are exceptional at building a personalized workout plan to help you grow regardless of your skill level in the gym. My workouts are geared to my personal well-being, which include nutrition advise, stress management support as well as physical training. Coach Carlos sincerely cares and makes sure my form is on point, I saw he takes a personal interest (which is important to me) with all his clients. I have gone to several gyms and studios over the years and I have never received the personal attention that I received with Carlos. He even sends daily mindful and gratitude messages as part of his wellness program. I highly recommend giving SoFit Glendora a try for your fitness and health goals.
