Great gym. My teen daughter has been training with Deidra for about 3 months. She’s enjoyed the personalized workout geared for the goals my daughter has with her fitness and nutrition. She’s helped with a meal plan that will work together with the workouts that is easy to follow. She feels comfortable there and has seen results and improvement in the short time she’s been working with Deidra. Would recommend SoFit nice location with easy access. They work with your schedule.

I’ve been training with Deidre for nearly two years now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s incredibly skilled at customizing workouts to target the areas I want to focus on. Her workouts are the perfect balance of pushing me without going overboard, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. If something doesn’t feel right, she’s quick to adjust the exercise or offer modifications, and her tips on form are super helpful. She also brings a wealth of knowledge about diet and macros, which has been a huge bonus. Deidre’s energy and conversation make the hour fly by, and as a mom herself, she’s incredibly relatable. So glad I found this place! Was looking for a place to train in HB area and found this on Google. Really nice training studio, all the right equipment, super clean and well-run. I like that as my age-60ish self I can feel comfortable going there. LOVE my trainer Kerry - she's so knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I feel like my training is really tailored to my needs re: my issues and goals. And it is SO nice to train in this private and conveniently-located space - I've trained in large/crowded gyms when we lived in other states, and this is so much better. Highly recommend!

SoFit is a great place for personal training! Deidre is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, as well as easy to talk to and learn from. She tailors each workout session to fit my needs, which she gets an idea of during an initial consultation. I think it’s great that she also provides nutrition and diet information and tips to improve my fitness outside of the gym. I love that the gym is essentially private for a session for a workout, making it less intimidating compared to other bigger gyms. The space is also clean and organized and I would highly recommend SoFit and Deidre for a personal training session!

Training with Deidre is easily the best thing I've done for myself this year! She made the whole process easy from the start. I sent an email and went in for a consultation the next day. She's responsive, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable. You can also tell she loves what she does.
I really enjoy how she emphasizes holistic health in a realistic and maintainable way - getting enough sleep, maintaining a social life, not overtraining, eating enough, functional training, etc. I love that we have the entire studio to ourselves, equipment is clean, and scheduling is flexible. The price is more than worth it, especially the 2 on 1 training. I've paid more for less at commercial gyms.

What a wonderful facility! Deidre is an extremely experienced coach. She drew me in to Sofit with her weekend Beach Bootcamp classes, which are so fun. With her training she includes nutrition and wellness, which is awesome because I feel like other places charge extra for those services. This is place is perfect for private sessions and small group classes, rather than the overwhelming big box gyms I've been to. I love it!

Diedra is the real deal physical trainer! She works with me as an individual. She does not try to fit me in a box that doesn’t meet my unique needs. I can’t say enough about Deirdre and how grateful I am to have found her. I’ve struggled to get back into shape after years off because of surgeries. Then enter menopause and the whole game was changed! I’ve tried everything and was feeling defeated when nothing that used to work, worked anymore. When I found and messaged Deidre at Sofit, she got back to me quickly and assured me that she could help. I immediately felt hopeful . I have now been working with her for two months and can already see and feel a difference! I have muscles again! She has gone above and beyond to help me figure out what I should be eating, and has even made me an at home exercise plan for when I’m not with her in the gym. I feel strong and healthy and most importantly, feel like myself again!

Coach Deidre is a 5 star coach! As a IFBB pro, she definitely knows what it takes to get in excellent shape. I'm 47 and perimenopausal so getting my "bikini body" has been challenging.
