Telephone # and website are a complete joke, pretty soon they will use Ai for instructors. Employees act worst then TSA agents. Location impossible to find

I took my second class with Manon last night and she knows exactly how to make you push your limits to grow but still encouraging you to listen to your body when breaks are needed! Great experience and will come back for more 💕

I booked a class through ClassPass. I was 3 minutes late and was charged a missed class fee of $31. The receptionist couldn’t move my booking and didn’t mark me as having shown up, saying I needed to deal with ClassPass directly. I’ll never come back.

My first time attending a [solidcore] class at this studio was amazing. The instructor Amanda K. was incredibly kind and phenomenal in supporting and accommodating me, as well as the entire class. It is such a positive vibe here and the best workout I’ve ever done! Thank you! 💗

Discrimination of the highest form is what we encountered at [solidcore]. My dear friend and I (employees of a fellow business in the same complex) were turned away almost inexplicably. The only reason my brother and I were able to conjure was due to our heterosexual status. We were accompanying our female friend to undertake in a prospectively rigorous and low impact workout, but we were booted within the first two minutes of class, while our friend, also there "unauthorized" wasn't questioned due to her gender. I am not going to make up stories about the persecution of the straight man, as that is not the truth in most cases, in most cases its straight people being jerks and being turned away for a completely unrelated reason. However, my friend and I were courteous and receptive to courtesy, not making any noise or trouble, yet we were turned away. What, pray tell, is the reason?

Absolutely ridiculous ripoff!! Couldn't make class because of an insane commute (40 mins for 3 miles!), and they still charged me a $35 cancellation fee—on top of the $40 I already paid. That's $75 down the drain, just so they could turn around and charge someone else another $40 to take my spot!

Parking is validated . There’s a machine by front desk . Solidcore is at the north east ish corner if coming out of the elevator in the middle of the mall. The 5 minute door rule is atrocious

Great class. All these one stars make me laugh. They are angry because they were LATE. lol. The class does not need to be disrupted because you have poor time management skills. Must be from Miami. I actually applaud Solidcore for this. Bet they will be on time next time.

Horrible unprofessional behavior by trainer Jeremy. He did not acknowledge me or my friend at all thru the work out. Not only that he kept there shady disses in the middle of the workout, Commented on my outfit and said no hate offense but do not wear this outfit again to class!!! It was insane!!! I wanted leave the class soooo bad! But I was here to get a workout. Yet Jeremy forgot the other side for inner thighs now I’m walking around like a got scoliosis!!! Really bad experience. I actually also felt intimidated by the teacher. And had to show up good face despite all the disrespect. Love solid core but this ain’t it. Never had this isssue at the Santa Monica location.

Booked on class pass. Showed up 1 minute late and doors were locked - couldn’t get in… might be a scam?

They were very nice and accommodating. Class already started but they let me in even though I wasn’t on the list. I had to come in to make sure the class wasn’t full to attend so I did expect not being able to make it at that time. I am actually a teacher at Hot 8 Yoga nearby so I got to come
In with class that was still open. Parking was convenient. The students there seemed a high horsed but I’m here for the business not them. The instructor was a male forgot his name
But very helpful and personable. Place is very nice. I will come again. Thank you for making a great first impression.

I love the classes here at solid core, I went once and got addicted by the results I see in my body and the classes are super fun. I was scared when I first came in and I was pleasantly surprised at how the instructors helped me get started and continue to notice and help me if I ever get confused and even go the extra mile to give me tips for a proper form. Arrive early as the studio is a little hard to find when your first time and the classes start right on-time or. Park in the Warner Bros Discovery parking and walk up the stairs to the Ivy station the parking is validated and very simple. There’s a coffee shop right by the studio and always cute activities going on outside. I work at hot 8 yoga and love that I get to come here and love seeing the girls from solid core come into the yoga studio as well it’s a great way to build community and support one another. I am always encouraging my friends to come with me.

Fun class that I booked through ClassPass. The directions in Google maps were a bit confusing as it took you to the back of the studio, but eventually I figured it out. Street parking or garage is available. It said that you need an app to open the door but it didn’t work - someone did let us in. There is a bathroom with some products but no shower available. The workout I took focused on upper body and core - the instructor gave us pointers throughout the class but it was definitely challenging for just beginners. You can take the class barefoot or with grip socks. There are lockers available to put your things away but no locks.

Don’t be over 5min late otherwise they won’t let you in. Like a hard no. Not even you WERE within 5min but waited outside for a couple minutes just for someone to open the door (I was a guest and they were supposed to send me a text with a code, never received it). Don’t even try asking nicely cuz they’ll just keep repeating “company policy”. No suggestions like hey maybe you can book the next one. Just a simple no. I felt bad I was late but was surprised by how much they care about customers. Also this place is not the easiest to find so always be early enough or just go somewhere else.

Terrible place!!! Read well!! arrived this morning 6am for my 1st time and was shocked! It took me long time to figure out the parking and studio location.
I arrived 5:59am the door was locked, the security that passed by explained me that I had to get a code... I never received! No one at front. I stand next the window and had the "luck" that the inspector saw me and opened the door. I immediately said it is my 1st class... she made me a face and said "you are not in the list, I can't help you" and left!!! I was so shocked that it took me a few second to understand what happened.
Very complectate parking, locked door and very rude instructor😒 too much! Be aware before you sign a class with them! They are not professional and this is before I even exercise!!

Moved back to LA after living in Miami for 3 years which is where I discovered solidcore and it absolutely changed my life! The studio is clean, the room feels spacious and the instructors are great, because they give you options for how to make the class more difficult or adapt to your needs. I love solidcore!

Beware - stole my money! And will not answer me via multiple support channels. I literally cannot cancel my membership myself and these people will not answer me- so I have paid $440 for 1 month of Pilates … it’s not anywhere worth that price.

Update - Jacob is officially my fav instructor of all time. His classes are the most challenging and fun. Well it’s a love hate relationship. The pain is real!!
Moved from minneapolis where I had been going to solidcore for years. Very happy LA has two locations now. Hundreds of classes in still challenges me every time. I love it cus my brain fully focuses on that pain in my muscles instead of anything else, it’s like meditation but with a good workout. Best resistance based strength training.

Horrible customer service.
In the welcome email, they don’t provide you clear direction as to where the studio is located, and forces you to download their app for door entrance.
They provide you with a code to the studio but once you enter there’s no place for you to enter the code as well.
Will never come back again.

Visiting from the NYC market and I LOVED class with Jacob! A lot of challenging movements but he made it fun! #TimeUnderTension #CulverStrong ((note, the entrance is on the courtyard side of the Warner Media building))
