looove solidcore. best place to work out ever. everyone is nice and professional. coaches Selena, Carley, Chad, and Taylor are my favorite. always wonderful classes. can’t recommend them enough. Selena always has the best playlists, if you love hip-hop, you’ll be obsessed.

So excited about this new pilate place in encino! I have been four times already and really love it! It's always challenging and every instructor is great and motivating. There are 16 reformers. They have super beginner classes where they break down the move in length then more advanced classes. They dim the lights and the place becomes such a vibe. It's in a nice Caruso strip mall with plenty of free parking. The studio manager Taylor is super great with good energy!

I have not taken a Solidcore class before - this was my first time, and to be honest was a bit nervous about it. The class instructor Kayleen had a calm but energetic approach and made the class productive and fun all around. She also did a great job showing how to do the correct techniques. I will be back!

I was really excited to try this studio, and as soon as it opened, I couldn't wait to join! The instructors bring such amazing energy, and every class is a great challenge. I always feel pushed to do my best, and I love that the instructors provide modifications to either intensify the moves or make them more accessible. It's the perfect balance! Be ready to sweat, have fun, and leave feeling fantastic!

Horrible traffic to get to this location in the morning. Called the front desk in advance to let them know I’ll be running 6 minutes late nobody answered. I was at the door at the 5 minute mark and I still wasn’t allowed to enter the class & wad also still charged

Don’t recommend unless you want a herniated disc and other injuries that can result from this type of workout! I am advanced and this workout caused injury hence the longgggg waiver u must sign. Avoid at all costs to avoid injuries youll have your whole life
