I was in search of a full body workout that was low impact and allowed modifications after a wrist injury earlier this year. I came across Solidcore and never looked back. The community manager, Bernie, has the most FIRE playlists and her energy is so contagious! She’s always encouraging like a workout bestie you never knew you needed. The studio is always clean and the recent addition of Salt and Stone products adds the perfect amount of luxury. My core has definitely gotten more solid since coming here and so has every other part of my body!

Coach Kev, Jen, and Jasmine are my favorite! They are awesome and always challenge me to push heavy weight. I’ve been doing solidcore for 4 months now, 2 times a week and have noticed a huge difference in my muscle mass.

The front desk staff are always friendly and make me feel like a friend dropping by for self-care exercise!

I use the text number to get assistance with questions or memberships and they’ve always been very respectful and helpful.

I just committed to another 12 months. Cheers to the next year! I can’t wait to see my results.

My only critique is that when I try a different then my usual coach and don’t super enjoy it. It does take a little bit to find the coaches you mesh with most and enjoy their flow!

One of my favorite studios in the area! The instructors are great, especially Jasmine! They have a wide range of times for classes, which makes it easy to fit into your schedule. I always get a great work out and leave sore after class. There is something about the energy in that room that pushes me to work out harder every time. My advice is to try at least 5 classes before you make you final decision or opinion.

This is a really good solidcore studio, perplexed at the low rating. Try a few different coaches and stick with the ones that resonate with
you. Have taken classes at solidcore in other states, and missed Santana Row!

Terrible coaches and staff. Genuinely curious if they are even trained. Most of them do not know what they are doing. Coaches seem very confused of what the next moves are and say wrong stuff most of the times (say left side then correct it to right side or something. If it’s once or twice it’s ok. It’s the whole class they are doing this). Customer service does not exist here, when you have issues they ignore your email or phone calls (they never answer phone calls, just straight to the voice mail and they never get back to you). Front desk people are stupid and very rude. I heard that the coaches here are contracts so maybe they don’t care about their ratings since they will leave solidcore soon anyway. You won’t see them again after few months. Don’t come here and waste your money.

Same as other reviews - you can't be more than 10mins early or more than 5mins late. It's very frustrating. The classes themselves are okay.

Not sure why this studio has such bad reviews, but I have only had a positive experience so far. I attended one starter class as I am new to pilates and it was helpful. Since I am already athletic, I decided to go right into a signature class on my second visit. I did fine, I just had to look around for guidance at times, but ultimately it's not as intimidating as you think. I love Kev C's class on Friday nights. I signed up for an annual membership after doing the 2-week unlimited. I can already see differences in my core in only 2 weeks. I can't wait to see my progress over the next few months.

I tried a class today for the first time with Sara J. I felt she was helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the moves. I’d take another class she teaches. I definitely had a different experience than some of the other reviews, maybe they took actions to improve or I just had a better instructor. I showed up about ~8 minutes early and waited in the lobby area until class. The lights were dimmed in class and the music was enjoyable.

I’m visiting my folks from NYC so thought I’d check this studio out.

This thing that you aren’t allowed in until 10 minutes before class is absurd. If it’s cold outside or you need to use the restroom you have to just wait it out - pretty unprofessional for a big waiting room in the studio.

The instructors seem to also be confused on what the moves are. They demonstrate one thing prior to class but then ask us to do something different, whether it’s a type of lunge exercise or arm exercise. Now I’ve done enough classes to recognize where they went wrong but not everyone is able to. The instructors should probably learn what they are expecting us to do.

Lastly, the music leaves a lot to be desired. This is meant to be an intense class - I’m not trying to listen to Fireflies by Owl City to get motivated and pumped up.

Overall, just felt that the instructors need more polish to be on par with those out east and the music selection needs to be a lot more motivating.

So other than the fact they don’t turn off the lights during class like all other Solidcore locations do, they have some very confused instructors with awful music and no motivation. The worst out of the instructors is Asheley. Her class was easily the worst Solidcore class I have ever taken. She didn’t know the moves and would constantly confuse herself and the class. Her music was awful and you could tell she was reading off of a script the entire class. Would not recommend.

Pretty disappointed with this Solidcore location. I understand Solidcore is new to CA but certain coaches here really need more training if they want to be on par with the quality of NYC or Boston classes.

I am only late for 6 minutes and the person in the front desk refused to let me in ,saying it is the class policy for 5 minutes grace period. She promised me to give me credit back at the beginning, but later she told me she can‘t. Never meet any situations like this in any other studios

Tried their "intro class" and was beyond confused. It was so obvious that it was everyone's first time cuz we all looked so confused throughout the whole class. I was expecting some explanation at the beginning of the class about all the springs attached to the machine but the class just begun and the instructor was just busy doing her own stuff.

If it's your very time trying solidcore like myself, I think there's a reason why you sign up for "intro class". It would have been nice if the instructor actually showed the moves during class instead of just just being a cheerleader. Since the music is loud and the class is fast-paced, everytime the instructor was like "do this move and now do this and now move"I tried to look at what other people were doing next to me, and they all didn't know what to do either we were just looking at each other lol

After class they keep sending me texts like how was my first class and stuff and of course I replied saying how I feel but no respone til now. Why ask then???

I recently had the pleasure of taking a class at SolidCore Santana Row with Jas, and I’m still buzzing with energy! I never thought I’d actually enjoy Pilates until I experienced her session. Jas has a rare ability to make even the toughest workouts feel empowering. Her clear guidance, contagious enthusiasm, and perfect balance of challenge and support left me feeling stronger and more inspired than ever. If you’re considering trying SolidCore, Jas’s class is an absolute must — she turned me into a Pilates fan after just one class!

Truly the cornerstone of my fitness journey!! I love all the instructors I’ve had (my favorite is Jasmine), and moved up from taking single classes weekly to now an annual membership! The location is well cared for, well kept, and I look forward to my classes every time! I have last minute canceled once or twice due to personal reasons, but I find that to enforce a good experience for others, the cancellation policy is fair and reasonable. I understand that people get flustered when they’re late, but I have only witnessed the instructors and management be extremely professional. But for those who have not taken these courses, once the classes get going, it can be a bit chaotic, so I reckon it is definitely an issue of safety and liability to not allow folks to join in mid class.

I arrived 6 minutes late to class, and Danielle, the store manager, refused to allow me in. I tried explaining that I had been rushing and was delayed by traffic, but there was no understanding or empathy, despite the fact that I’m a founding member. This felt incredibly unprofessional, especially as this was my first time being late. Unfortunately, I’m locked into this membership for the rest of the year, but I strongly advise against coming to this Solidcore location. It’s simply not worth the cost.

I was 6 mins late to class and Danielle, the store manager, refused to let me into class. I explained how I was rushing over and I was stuck in traffic but there was a lack of empathy and care even though I’m a founding member. I found this highly unprofessional especially since this was the first time I was late. Unfortunately I’m stuck paying for this membership for the rest of the year but please don’t come to this solid core location. It’s not worth the price you pay.

I absolutely love the classes and the instructors here—they really know their stuff! However, I have some serious gripes with their cancellation and late fees policy. You have to cancel at least 10 hours before class, and if you don’t, or if you’re even 5 minutes late, or heaven forbid you miss the class altogether, they hit you with a $35 charge. Honestly, it feels like daylight robbery to me!

One time, I made it to the studio just 5 minutes late, and guess what? The door was locked tighter than a drum! It’s frustrating because life happens—you could hit traffic or encounter an unexpected car accident. I was right there, at the door, ready to sweat it out, but instead, I got slapped with a cancellation fee and not being able to attend class.

I’m seriously considering checking out another megaformer class that has a more reasonable and understanding policy. When you're investing in your fitness, flexibility should go both ways, right?

Wow! Why didn’t I come sooner?! My bestie, Bettina was raving how amazing this workout was but I was skeptical because I’m an OrangeTheory girlie. But once I walked in and got my intro and told the front desk that I’ve done the reformer once and I’m at OTF, he told me I was in the right place, and after the class, I totally understood. The class was amazing! Special thanks to Doug, the instructor, that helped me the entire way! Changing my springs every step of the way and making sure my movements were on point to make sure I had the best workout! He had the best energy to keep you motivated even when you wanted to give up and lose that hold. But that didn’t discourage me from booking my next class, it made me wanting more! If you love low intensity, core focus with a taste of HIIT, this is def the workout for you!

Had a great experience yesterday doing my first “starter 50”. Even with the minimal breaks I was definitely getting the shakes which means the work was getting done. Happy to say my whole body is sore in a good way. Can’t wait to jump in on more classes soon!

Coach Josh was great, very encouraging and great at helping perfect my technique to avoid injuries.
