I had a bad experience here with the instructor Larry. He uses very vague descriptions that you will only know what to do if you’ve done 100 classes—e.g., bring your body forward, put one foot in front of the other, etc which can mean a ton of different things unless you look at the people around you. As someone who has done less than 10 classes, I needed to look in the mirror at other people. He specially stopped class and told me to “stop looking at myself in the mirror all class” when that is not what I was doing at all. I tried to explain that I needed to look to others to understand what he was saying. He deflected and again told me I was just looking at myself. He later sat on the floor right in front of me and again said on mic “stop looking in the mirror.” I have never had such an awkward interaction with an instructor in a group fitness class. Please get this guy some training and social skills.

Hannah was amazing - I went once before and didn’t feel it to be as effective as todays class - after asking if hands on adjustments were ok (I said yes) she was able to tweak my technique to feel really targeted! She was very accommodating to new members too - everyone should try her class!

FANTASTIC WORKOUT!! These classes are super challenging, but the instructors keep it fun and engaging. I wake up the next day instantly more snatched, which I’ve never had from a workout before. So glad I found out about them from Stretchlab! Shoutout to Dannie and Larry for super fun classes :)
The environment is super clean, and they have two cute bathrooms with tons of personal hygiene supplies in case you need it!

I found them through StretchLab Beverly. I am obsessed with the feeling after workout so far! Everyone in the staff is very nice and helpful at the front desk and in the sessions. I have never felt lost on the movements even in my very first sessions. Best workout ever!!

I heard about this studio through StretchLab! It’s been an incredible experience so far, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and well kept. The trainers are so welcoming and accommodating to all experience levels, so it’s a safe space to learn and grow! Highly recommend this facility!

Heard about Solidcore through stretchlab. Staff and class were phenomenal. Really loved taking the intro class. Instructor Dannie was great and had the best energy. Helped me with my form and gave clear instructions. Will be back soon.

James B. is an excellent instructor, and I highly recommend his classes. This was my first time doing solidcore, and James made me feel supported and confident throughout the class. His explanations were clear and helped me focus on my form. The flow of his class was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed his music choices, which complemented the exercises. James effectively managed the class, catering to both experienced individuals and newcomers like me. After the class, I felt muscles I didn't even know I had. It was both challenging and fun. I cannot express enough positive things about James, and I made sure to attend another one of his classes before leaving LA.

Had a pretty bad experience booking thru class pass here. Was trying to resolve an issue and called numerous times during business hours and no one answered. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help the situation at all and it ended up in an insane late fee. I’m sure classes are great but the customer service was not.
