[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. It utilizes slow, controlled movements to push your muscles to the point of failure in order to build back stronger.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience in class with the instructor, Charlie. He was unprofessional throughout the session, repeatedly hitting on women in the class, including my fiancée — even winking at her right in front of me. My fiancée later told me she felt unsafe and uncomfortable during the class, which is unacceptable in a fitness environment.

This experience has unfortunately left a very negative impression of SolidCore, to the point where I will be canceling my membership. I strongly urge management to address this behavior immediately, as no member should feel unsafe or disrespected in class. For those considering taking his class, please be aware that you have the right to decline any hands-on corrections.

Best place for a reformer workout! Its similar to pilates but different. The carriages are double ended and weights are involved. Im usually sore for days after, in a good way.

Jeez this place is loud ! The ear plugs that they have barely help. You also workout in the dark. Good workout though !

I booked a 7 am class through Class Pass only to find that this place is non existent. It is no longer in business. BEWARE Class Pass users as this studio appears to have gone out of business. They use to be located inside the Country Valley Market but they are no longer there.

Great first class with Daisy! I was sweating and shaking but it was a great workout and the instructor was very friendly and helpful for anyone new. The staff at the door was also helpful and friendly. Clean studio and nice machines!

I took my first Pilates class with Diana, and it was an amazing experience! I’ll admit, the machine was a little intimidating at first, but Diana explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Her guidance was exceptional she constantly readjusted my form to ensure I was doing the movements correctly and safely, always checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain.

The class was definitely challenging, but in the best way possible. I left feeling like I had an incredible workout, and the soreness I felt the next day proved it. Diana’s exercises targeted muscles I didn’t even know I had! It was such a refreshing change from traditional weight training. Diana is a fantastic instructor, and her encouragement and attention to detail made me excited to come back for more. Highly recommend her classes to anyone, especially beginners like me!
