I truly love this place! They are such talented and knowledgeable instructors. Truly top of their game. In the past I would do anything to avoid core exercises. I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary at Sol Pop. Can’t believe it. Feel great!!

Best pilates studio I have been to. I have had lots of injuries and surgeries. They created a program to help accommodate those and get me back in shape. Highly recommend.

I've been working with Melissa for over a year and I think she's the BEST. I've taken privates to rehab a knee from an injury/surgery, my daughter takes a teen class with her friends and recently my 16 yr old son who sprained his ankle has started doing a few sessions and he loves it! Melissa is so so knowledge about everything, literally, but with a sense of humor. Her sessions are challenging but do-able and she explains everything so well. She's able to make adjustments if something isn't working and is so clear and exact. Look no further. She's the one!

I’ve been taking Pilates from Melissa for a few years now and I always tell my friends she’s some kind of kinesthetics genius. Her knowledge not just of Pilates, but of bodies in general makes her an attentive, skilled teacher with a great eye for adjustments and adaptations to exercises. Even better, this is not a stuffy LA designer Pilates place- the studio is bright, fun, easy going, kid friendly, and body inclusive.

SolPop is a fantastic studio! I've been working with Melissa for 8 months (both private lessons, and group classes) and the amount of care, knowledge, and enthusiasm she's brought to my fitness and healing journey have been a game-changer. She's so considerate and welcoming, and really goes the extra mile to listen to your specific needs and goals. (Classes are kept small, so you get a lot of individualized help there too). Finally a pilates studio that is safe and welcoming for all ages! Melissa is amazing! I always feel really supported and have felt better and stronger in my body since working with her. Though I take mostly private lessons with her I love to catch the occasional group class when I can. It warms my heart to see so many parents being able to work out while their little ones play either on the mat next to them or in the dedicated playroom. My kids are a little older and have participated in Melissa's camps and workshops in the studio. Her imagination and ability to hold their focus is incredible! We absolutely love her!

I often wonder what I would do without Olya and SolPop. I've been working with her since 2017 because of intense nerve damage and scoliosis. When I workout elsewhere I often get injured, but Olya pays attention to my smallest muscular movements. She is so in tune with the body's alignment and abilities that I have watched my body reach a new level that I never could achieve elsewhere. I'm constantly inspired by how good i feel, how young I look, and working with her feels like you're doing musculoskeletal surgery, improving aspects i didn't even know possible.

Wow! My sessions with Olya are so powerful. SolPop is giving me the perfect balance of strength and flexibility. I really appreciate the low impact nature of the workouts - don’t get me wrong, cardio/high intensity workouts are nice but sometimes that’s just busy work for the sake of sweating. With SolPop’s sessions I can target exactly what my body needs in a way that actually helps my longer term health. I can already feel the results and they feel SO GOOD. Thank you, Olya!

Sol-Pop Pilates studio is a fantastic place to learn and practice Pilates, with a welcoming atmosphere and a team of skilled instructors. I have been training with Melissa for over a year now. As someone who suffers from lower back disc bulges, I was a bit hesitant to try Pilates at first. However, Melissa's expertise, positivity, and attention to detail made me feel safe and comfortable throughout sessions. She always made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly and modified them to accommodate my condition. I was a client at the SolPop pilates studio on Ve Tyra just a week ago and was amazed at the space. It is bright, cheery and designed for all ages. I am an older woman with knee issues and Melissa worked with me on both the Reformer and mats. First she took an assessment of my unique knee problem and worked with me to create a program to help me. I really appreciate the care she took and I have confidence in the new and sustainable exercises she will work on. This is a winner for our neighborhood.
