Man it’s hard to put in the words what it’s been like training under KRU Sonshine ( Cade) It has been nothing short of incredible. Not only is he a phenomenal fighter with impressive skills and deep knowledge of Muay Thai, but his coaching abilities are equally remarkable. Cade has a unique talent for breaking down complex techniques, ensuring that every student, regardless of their level, feels supported and challenged. What truly sets him apart is his personable nature approachable, motivating, and always fostering a positive environment.
Sonshine dedication goes beyond just being a pad holder he genuinely wants to see me succeed in the sport. His encouragement, belief in my potential, and relentless support inspire me to push my limits every session. Training with him is both intense and enjoyable, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of his class and under his wing I highly recommend Cade ( Sonshine ) to anyone looking to excel in Muay Thai.

I’ve been training with Cade 1:1 for a while now and he’s hands down one of the best coachesI’ve ever worked with. Cade is a true tactician every session is thoughtfully structured to sharpen technique, improve timing, and build real fight IQ. He doesn’t just teach combinations; he teaches strategy, precision, and discipline. Cade pushes you past your comfort zone in the best way possible, helping you reach levels you didn’t know you could hit. Whether you’re new to Muay Thai or an experienced fighter, Cade will elevate your game. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way.

Very knowledgeable and as far as 1 - 1 go Cade adjusts to your unique skillset and goals. Pushes you right from the get go and provides key insights into what you are trying to develop as a fighter. I want to reiterate this is based on a 1 - 1, I have not been able to take more lessons but the structure for this was fantastic because we only had that 1 hour time frame to work with. The only think I would modify is stretches. I think they are excellent but I do not remember them all and having a flier with the names for us to note down would help if we wanted to continue using the warm up stretches.

Muay Thai 1 on 1 lessons w/ Sonshine (Coach Cade)
Training one-on-one with Cade has completely leveled up my Muay Thai. His knowledge and attention to detail are next level — he breaks everything down in a way that just makes sense and helps you perfect your form in every session. Cade is super technical and always has something new for you to work on, so you’re never just going through the motions.
You can tell how passionate he is about Muay Thai; it really shows in the way he teaches and pushes you to get better. A private lesson with Cade honestly feels like the equivalent of weeks of regular training. I’ve learned more from a few sessions with him than I thought possible.
Highly recommend him to anyone serious about improving their technique.

Absolutely amazing 1 on 1 with Coach Cade Albracht, highly recommend booking sessions with him and the team. The gym is amazing and for the training itself he breaks you down and works on things from the ground up, beginning to end with things to take home. I felt great and learned so much in my time here.

Cade has single handedly been the reason why i train Muay Thai. I started off with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was introduced to Muay Thai from a friend. Not only does he make it a fun experience but he knows how to teach and make it exciting. He simulates real fight scenes
