I’ve been training with Stacy for 6 months and the difference has been huge. She helped me tone up, lose my stubborn postpartum fat, and actually feel comfortable during the process. Her workouts and macro tracking gave me real results. I can finally see muscle definition I never got from YouTube workouts lol. I figured 3 months would be enough but sticking with her full 6 month program made all the difference.
