This place is so welcoming, never felt judged. The front desk helped me a lot and were so nice, the instructors are so motivating, respectful, and helpful. You leave this place feeling so refreshed and good.

Conveniently located in Ventura. The studio is clean and has 2 showers. Lots of class times available and a variety of different yoga practices offered. The instructors are all unique in their own way! Love the heated yoga sculpt, yogalates, yoga barre and power flow classes!

Great little studio. The hot yoga classes are the perfect temperature, not overwhelming. The space is clean, calming, and has lots of nice touches like cool towels after class. Instructors are welcoming and make it easy for all levels
