Best trainer in San Jose!!
I started working with Teresa for injury prevention after recovering from an overuse injury to my hand/wrist. From day one, she made me feel supported and understood. You can tell right away how knowledgeable she is, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares.
Teresa took the time to understand what I needed and created a workout plan just for me. Every session is thoughtful as she pays close attention to counting reps, heart rate, checking in, and adjusting based on how I'm feeling and progressing. It's not about just fixing my hand/wrist (which feel stronger), but about building up my whole body in a smart, balanced way.
I always feel encouraged, and leave each session feeling better physically and mentally. I'm so grateful for having found Teresa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fitness trainer who truly listens and puts their heart into what they do.

Looove Teresa!
Personal training is necessary for me. Even though I’m a massage therapist, I hate working out.
I know it can be costly, but I don’t have to think about it. I just show up and she tells me what to do, she keeps my heart rate, my weights, my reps all the info pushes me when I need it… Which is a lot haha 🤣
If you’re skeptical, just do a consultation at first and see that she actually wants what’s best for your body!
Also, I refer clients to her all the time, all ages, and she helped so many people. 🙏🏼😁
