This place is awesome. Brett and the staff are welcoming and the members are friendly and non-judgmental.
The gym offers a variety of classes including bootcamp, Jiu Jitsu, and cardio kickboxing . They also provide personal training and nutritional counseling. The gym has a full array of weights and the equipment is modern and well-maintained.
Highly recommend South Bay Fitness Focus. All around great gym to go to.

SBFF is hands down the best gym in the South Bay. From the trainers to the equipment to the facility itself you will not be disappointed. I’ve trained with Brett many times and the guy will put you through your paces. If your serious about your fitness and doing so in a supportive environment, SBFF is where you need to be!

I’ve watched Brett create this gym from the ground up, and you honestly can’t hope for a better person to lead you through your fitness journey. Compassionate and patient, but serious when you need it for that extra push. He comes from an elite athletic background as well as a parent who was a physical therapist, so his blend of experience, education, and dedication is top notch! Highly recommend South Bay Fitness Focus!

SBFF is a hidden gem in the South Bay!! Great workouts and trainers. Love the variety of classes offered plus option for personal training! Brett the owner is such a great guy and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Classes are challenging yet fun! Would recommend 10/10.

South Bay Fitness Focus is the best gym I've ever been a part of. It's not like those big gyms where you're a faceless person or a wallet. I started in Dec 2018 and immediately felt like I was being folded into a family. The support and encouragement I've been given along the way makes me look forward to coming to the gym. I cannot recommend South Bay Fitness Focus enough.

I’ve been going to Brett for personal training off and on for years. He is very motivating and accommodating. The group classes are great too. SBFF is a great place to come to when you really want to SWEAT and leave feeling better than when you came in. :)

Brett Bannon is an amazing personal trainer, I was a certified 'couch potato' with good intentions of working out but used my treadmill as a clothes rack. I tried one session with Brett and was inspired to continue. Brett is a great motivator, he pushes me to work harder and I'm happy with the results over the last 5 months. My flexibility and core strength have improved and I'm losing inches! Check out this gym if you're looking for motivation and results!
