This place is NOT a place for young kids. I enrolled my 5 year old daughter in the level 1 class, she has never done gymnastics before and was so excited to do it. There is NO ONE at the front to welcome or talk to us , then the coaches McKenna and Alex barely looked or spiked to me or her! Both the coaches never smiled ONE TIME. It’s a 5/6 year old class, you would think the coaches would be sweet and nice. Then I see my daughter working with coach Alex and I specifically signed her up for McKennas class. Then they are at the bars and I see Alex speaking to her almost aggressively, holding onto her shoulders and I can see she is starting to cry and unhappy, again she is 5… Then I see her sobbing and fall immediately to the floor sobbing and crying, no one is comforting her. I run out and help her and coach Alex said “I think she was scared”… ok so HELP HER! Don’t scold or shame her! Clearly this is not a safe space for small children.

South Coast Gymnastics is hands down the best gymnastics program in Orange County. The coaching staff is world-class. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in every athlete’s growth. The facility itself is top-tier, clean, well-equipped, and designed to help gymnasts reach their full potential. Our son is absolutely thriving on the boys team and looks forward to every practice. We couldn’t be happier with the environment, the coaching, and the overall experience. Highly recommend South Coast to any family looking for serious gymnastics training in a positive, professional atmosphere!

My daughter moved from another gym and in only 4 weeks and she has improved so much at this gym. Top tier coaches!! Owners are truly passionate about the gymnastics and really care for everyone. They offer so much. Highly recommend this gym.

This gym is owned by a champion, and he’s extremely rude, gives out attitude, equipment is absolutely old and disgusting, all coaches are disrespectful, abuse there students when they do not work or stay focused, Gymnastics is about fun and working hard, Over priced per months, there English aren’t good at all, very hard to understand, Un-Professional Business, :(

My granddaughter goes to this gym and she loves it here. I love how strong she is and what great friendships she has made through this sport. I get so scared watching her do some of the things she does, but that is what is so great about it. She is a shy girl, but when she is competing she becomes this confident kid. My granddaughter likes her coaches and made friends for life here. All the parents at this gym are sweet and welcoming. Good and safe place for my granddaughter to be when not in school or at home.

We love this place. It's like a second home for our daughter and her gymnastic friends/teammates. The team program here is AMAZING! great coaches and family environment. Our daughter has been going to this gym for the past 5 years and I can't say enough good things about this place. Are there things that can be better? Probably, but what gym is perfect? If you are looking for a healthy, competitive and not to mention fun family environment for gymnastics classes and competitive team this is the place. We came from another gym, which I won't mention, but this place builds your child up, not tear them down and burn them out. We are so glad we found South Coast Gymnastics and we would highly recommend to all our friends and family.

Equipments are too old and cause cus and injury on kids legs and hands.
Very un clean area.
Very rude owner.
High prices and you always be over charge for one month.
No makeup on holidays.
Alot of blackout days.
un diciplined emplogers and coaches.
